Staff was really sweet I stayed for the weekend, I liked that the manager was patrolling the building at night to make sure everybody’s cars were safe. The AC was super cold. It’s in a great location in the middle of the valley on Ventura Boulevard so finding anything on Ventura around $100 a night is a great value. My favorite part was the cable TV.

The buildings a little rundown just like everything that’s in the valley so that was no surprise and there was a pretty big opening under the door where water bugs and insects can get into your room. I’m just glad there were not any bedbugs.

I love the location. The parking in the room. I'm waiting to see if the $50 holding fee is reimbursed, as promised. Otherwise I would stay here again.

The Oak Tree is centrally located, quiet, clean and a great value. Why would I stay in a comparably priced motel that would not be as clean, safe, and in a bad neighborhood. The Oak Tree is the best value in the San Fernando Valley and I definitely recommend it.

My only wish would be that they add Diet Coke to their vending machine selection.

Made my reservation after midnight and arrived around 1am. The front desk was friendly, polite and professional and got me into my room right away..
