The staff was amazing. Juan at the front desk took great care of us for our anniversary weekend

The pool was cold and not appealing to swim in but the hot tub and sauna was great. The morning we checked out they were doing construction over our head and we couldn’t sleep in

Staff was fantastic and helpful. Location was excellent, went to a show at the XL Center and had an indoor walkway to get there. It was great not having to walk outside in the cold.

The only complaint was that the room was noisy and we could hear the traffic from the street/highway and sirens all night.

Location of the hotel. Staff was very friendly especially Donna down at the cafe. Common areas and rooms were clean.

There was a lot of noise going on because of construction in the hotel. I understand it needed to be done but it began early in the morning.

The location was great and the view was beautiful. The room was spacious and cozy and clean.

The only issue I had was to get to the parking lot of which I missed at first, and the guy at front desk kinda explained it to me but I left there quite confused and I just had to go out and fend for myself with my daughter at night. I found that very frustrating because it was my first time at the hotel.

the parking garage and that no one told me I had to get it stamped so I ended up paying per hour!! I loved the lady when I checked it late a night she was amazing the man the next morning at the front desk not so nice. also my room was never cleaned in between days. the dirty towels were never taken out and I never got new ones or more coffee

The Hotel is in a convenient location for our trip. We have never stayed in this hotel. Overall, it met our expectations, nothing over the top, Staff was friendly, and parking was convenient.

The restaurant has been closed since COVID, and if you plan to be there over the weekend there are no convenient places in walking distance to get a quick breakfast as most places are closed for the weekend.

The staff were outstanding, helpful, and polite. The hotel was in the center of the city an easy walking distance museums, restaurants, and other places in the city

I don’t think I have ever met front desk personnel as friendly and nice as I did here! The breakfast was great, I was upset that the cafe was temporarily closed but we made a great weekend of it anyways! It is quite loud out on the street around this hotel so if you’re looking for something quiet, this is not the place.

The parking was very accommodating and convenient. The rooms were roomy, comfy, and clean. The best part was I need some direction within the hotel and I asked an employee for assistance. It was the HR Director. She was there holding down the fort on a Saturday. She was very helpful and friendly while directing guests to their proper location.

the pool area definitely has been neglected there were broken tiles hidden by a chair and the water line on the pool edge had built up dirt and grime
