Rooms were very clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and professional, lots of space for our family of 3. A really nice place to recuperate for a night after a hectic week in Manhattan.

Only one towel in bathroom for 3 person booking, nowhere to refill our water bottles and the water bottles purchased on site were $5 apiece. Definitely be wary of high cost of extras here, prices were not posted. Also the pool was very heavily chlorinated so be wary if you have sensitive skin or a bathing suit you love, and probably don't get your hair wet!

Perfect location. Very clean well decorated hotel. Onsite bar with light menu selection was cool. Staff was very nice and helpful with suggestions and directions. The room was a nice size. Bathroom was small but the walk in shower made up for it. Loved the over sized towels.

On site parking is convenient ($20/day). Only dislike was no microwave in the room. A complimentary microwave is in the lobby though. Otherwise a wonderful stay.

Large, comfortable and quiet room. Excellent shower. Courteous staff. The breakfast chef made a great omelette and has excellent interpersonal skills.

I strongly dislike having to pay for parking. The receptionist on check in didn't explain how to get to my room. There aren't enough conveniently placed plug sockets/chargers in the room, or in the lounge/lobby/bar.

I was only there from about 9PM to 5Am but I had a great glass of Willamette Valley pinot Noir at the bar, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the location right off 95 is great!

I was completely happy. Just wish I could have stayed longer. This hotel will be my new place to stay when I come to NYC for its value and convenience and comfort. So happy to discover it through Booking.com

Simple process to check in and out, clean comfy room, breakfast was included. Great experience with staff, they put my mind at ease I was in town to expedite my passport and everything was very smooth.

There was nothing that I didn't like. Everything was clean and cozy. I would definitely stay again at The Stamford Hotel and recommend to anyone who needs to visit the passport agency.

I thought the ladies at the front desk were great ! But the room was dated/dingy and didn’t match the photos online and room service didn’t stop by our room once on our 2 day stay to restock so we ran out of toilet paper( which wasn’t full to begin with). The location was great definitely within walking distance to everything. I walked to the mall and target

Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Bed was extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. A very nice hotel.

Price is relative, and Stamford is expensive, but for us the price is too high to also charge $20 for parking and/or not include breakfast. For the cost, we expected those 'extras' to be included.

Staff was super kind and helpful. Room size was very adequate for 3 adults, bathroom was fine and comfortable, towels are clean and good quality, AC was okay. Furniture was basically comfortable and useful.

Beds were surpisingly high, especially for my mom who is under 160cm (5'2"). It was difficult for her to get on.

location was great! we walked around Stamford the night we stayed and the next morning. they were able to put our luggage in a locker for free after we checked out, and we came back in the afternoon to pick it up. So nice! we loved the modern shower. the entire room was very cute, comfy, and up to date!

although it says they have a swimming pool, the swimming pool on site was closed. they did offer tickets for a different one nearby which was super awesome! all the food on the property, including breakfast was for extra money.

they put a $100 excess on ur visa which I didn’t know about. I went to their reception to ask abt it. they explained it was incase anything was damaged which is fair enough but that should have been explained on arrival and the receptionist wasn’t that pleasant abt explaining when asking abt the charge
