The atmosphere, the breakfast the pool so about 95% was impeccable

Mr theTheY The manager that came and knocked telling us they had no record of anyone being this room. Because the shift before had not modified the reservation properly. She was rather. Rude. Apparently she didn't realize. Also the hot tub and the spa were both down the maintence man came down and diligently worked on the spa to no avail..and the hoottub was down due to it being broken

Breakfast was delicious. The food was great being the right temperatures and stored and served in a clean, convenient and safe way. The amount of choices was ok too. The fitness room was great too. Good amount of space in there and great choices of machines/supplies to use.

The amount of choices could've had different and a bigger selection than what it had. Most of the choices didn't meet my special dietary needs so I was only able to eat a little of the things set up. It wasn't very obvious to see where it was at either if there wasn't staff around for a moment

The staff are super friendly, the Manager, Tony is very pleasant and goes above and beyond to make your stay as good as it can get. Unobserved how he interacted with every guest and made every one of them feel very welcomed and made sure they received top notch VIP service. Would recommend this hotel for future vacations in Hopkinsville. 5bstars well deserved. Great job Wyndham staff.

Everything was great. The food in the morning is plentiful and tasty. The restaurant has amazing food. Try it out!

the property is in the process of renovating-was clean but can tell the folks doing the finish work take no pride in their work- the caulking in the bathroom was smeared everywhere in the bath/shower area paint and caulk dried on new flooring and on walls. it was clean but these things make it look messy .

The biscuits and gravy for breakfast was delicious and convenient. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and very nice. Nicer than expected for the price. We were very pleased.

Coffee choices in the room could have been better. The room sleeps 4 people with cups for 4 but only 3 coffee pods for the Kuerig machine and only 2 sugar and stirring packets. It just didn’t make sense. No flavored creamer. That would have been a nice plus.

The staff was SUPER friendly and the place was clean. All in all, I would stay there again.

The shower needed working on. You couldn't change the settings on the shower head, all it would do is spin when you tried. The temperature "gage" on the handle spun as well, and I scalded my back trying to turn off the water. The ice machines are on the 1st and 3rd floors, so it's a trek to get ice.

The staff was amazing. Everyone was kind and friendly, and helped us find the best places to eat during our short stay. We came in for an event that was held at the hotel, and everything was perfect! My son loved the pool so much, he didn't want to leave to go home.

The hot tub was closed for maintenance, and the pool had teeny tiny towels provided, but housekeeping brought us plenty of extra towels when we asked :)

I upgraded from a single to two beds because my daughter joined me..

I wish the desk clerks could smile. I did feel adequately welcomed by them.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms/facility. Pet friendly. Great price!

Room heat works to well! The thermostat wouldn’t adjust so the heat would run until turned off.

there was not enough shampoo or conditioner it was empty n there was no breakdast when we went down.....
