We needed a large room for 3 adults and 3 kids. We brought our own cot. The staff was very accomodating and never questioned us. I offered to pay extra for the complimetary breakfast but they said that was no problem. We especially liked the "happy hour" snack time, and the woman running the event was kind and interested in what we were doing there. We visited the Ark Experience in Willimstown and had a good conversation with her about it. The pool was clean and our kids loved it.

Loved the kitchenette in our room. Room very clean, service fabulous and the free breakfast was way beyond what we expected. Sausage and gravy, bacon, croissants muffins, fruit, yogurts it really set us up for s great day.

Initial booking was messed up but the hotel was great thankfully I had all emails to show confirmation etc.

it was so clean and the staff so incredibly accommodating. Annie in the food area was wonderful and so helpful. she takes pride in her work and is wonderful!! And Kimberly, who runs the hotel, is the best we’ve ever encountered. We loved talking to her each morning and went out of her to talk to guests and check on them. I highly recommend this hotel!!

The breakfast was great but it could use a ceiling fan in the rooms the way the bed and the air conditioning was set up when you slap you got hot in the middle of the night because of the way the air conditioning worked

The way the air conditioning is set up it's on a motion detection so when you're sleeping there's no motion so the air conditioning does not come on so therefore you get hot in the middle of the night while

Loved the room and the amenities

Alot of noise above my room (kids running at all hours). Key card was not available - it was broken so there was no key to the room. Staff had to open the door each time to enter. Credit card was left for incidentals but not used. Hoping they remove the $50 hold.

Dog friendly always worries me. This location was truly dog friendly and had no pet odor anywhere! All staff were so welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was probably the best one I’ve seen outside of a Hilton. Such a neat array of of anything you’d want in the morning before hitting the road.

Loved the area. Beautiful room. The kids enjoyed the pool. Out of 6 hotels on this travel it was the only pool they enjoyed. Breakfast was way more than we hoped for. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

The buffett in the morning was excellent. The evening dining was alright also. Our room more than met our needs. The entire staff was wonderful, what ever we needed was promptly gotten. Than you, Thank you!!

Liked the location. Room was clean and roomy. Staff was friendly.

The pantry was not stocked with beverages very well. There were only a couple of choices and it never changed in 3 days.
