The shuttle service was fantastic - it took one phone call to get picked up at the terminal, and the whole of seven minutes to get to the airport on the way back. Excellent drivers, quick service. The restaurant was pretty good and compatible in price with other local places. The room was clean, reasonably quiet and cozy. We could not hear the road or any neighbors, but mind that the hotel is really close to the airport, so be ready for the muffled sound of planes taking off.

Certainly did not appreciate the housekeeper trying to enter our room at 8 am, even though the sticker in the bathroom stated that they only provide room service by request made to the front desk, in order to disturb the guests as little as possible. The irony. In their defense, we arrived late on the previous night and forgot to put the "no disturb" sign on the door, but still. Also, we stayed for two nights and had breakfast included, but only got vouchers for one breakfast, so it is worth doublechecking whether the "included" part applies to the entire duration of your stay.

The hotel was better than expected. New accommodations, clean and very comfortable. Rooms were great, bathroom had plenty of counter space and the shower was awesome! The products supplied such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash were excellent. The beds were super comfortable. Room and hotel overall very clean! Staff professional and friendly. All 4 of us enjoyed the full breakfast every morning. It was pricey but worth it. It was so nice to have a full hot breakfast before heading out to venture the city. The staff was really good as well! The subway was a 10 minute walk away and the shuttle offered by the hotel from and to the airport was great! We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Gardens Inn at Logan Airport. Thank you!

Shuttle service to and from subway station would be nice, perhaps some hours later on the afternoons and evenings.

The staff were exceptional. The man in the room above us left the bathtub water running causing water to flood through our ceiling smoke detector which caused the alarm to go off. The water soaked my bed and then when I opened the bathroom door I found water coming through the overhead bathroom light fixture and flooding the bathroom floor and going out into the hallway. Heather immediately came upstairs to inspect our room and helped move us to another room down the hall. (We had to awaken at 3:00am to go downstairs for the 4:00am shuttle to the airport.) She was professional, sympathetic, and definitely cared about our well-being.

Airport shuttle was very convenient- once we understood where to get it. Staff was a little short on the phone and hung up before instructions were clear. We got in very late, having missed dinner due to airline travel, but my husband had a decent salad from the "market" on the premises.

I thought it was pricey for an airport hotel. Staff varied in customer service- on the phone, when calling for the shuttle, I spoke with someone who was abrupt and provided information as if I was familiar with the airport.

VERY DANGEROUS. The grab bar in the shower was placed in a useless and dangerous place. I mentioned it on my way out. I am 65 , 5’3”, never need to use a grab bar, but if I did, I would have to reach over the whole bathtub, in the middle of the opposite wall , with the curtain open and the shower on. Ridiculous placement as you get wet and the floor gets wet and the reach is too far to be even safe to try to reach.. Obviously placed by someone with no knowledge

This hotel was exactly what we needed after 10 days of travel, ahead of flying home. Very helpful staff, early check in when we turned up early to chance it, large and comfortable room with enough space for all our cases so we could sort ourselves out. Bed was great, bathroom had a huge walk in shower which was excellent. Everywhere was clean, and it was generally just chilled to be there. The pool was a nice amemity to be able to relax and unwind after a long day. Check out at 12 is really great, and they were so helpful with sorting two shuttle trips for us, storing luggage after check out, as well as printing boarding passes - they even took our postcards for us to post as we didn't have time. Just expert service for what you need before long haul travel. For the cost of the room, when you take into account saving on Ubers etc with the shuttle service, free WiFi, and flexibility around your check in and check out times, it's absolutely worth the money.

It's only a minor annoyance but the air con/heating fan in the room hums all the time, it was a little annoying when trying to sleep.

very clean. nicely decorated. airport shuttle was very convenient. bed was very comfortable. breakfast options pricey but varied. ( free water granola bar and banana, low cost continental with to-go option, hot breakfast mto)

travelers to central Boston historic/ business district should know this is quite a ways out. it’s ideal for the quick to the airport or late night arrival- which worked for us. $342 seems really high.

Good coffee maker available in room.

Simple continental breakfast costed 10 USD. No cheese, no sausage, just eggs, fruits, peanut butter and jam. Wider choice of American breakfasts available at higher price. The pool was very small, much smaller than one can deduct from photos at the web site. Few small trees at the parking place stood for all that 'garden' in the hotel name.

The room provided was exceedingly clean and of great size. The noise was minimal from the rest of the hotel activity. Due to our early morning departure we were able to pick up a breakfast from the snack shop the prior evening. We enjoyed a scrumptious dinner in the restaurant. Although we had to wait for a long time at the rental car terminal to catch the shuttle bus to the hotel, the shuttle bus to the airport was swift and timely.

The shuttle bus from the rental car building could run more frequently. We had to wait 45 minutes between shuttle buses. We just missed the first one (we saw it drive away when we exited the building). Called two times to ask about timing. Hotel polite and said it would be a few minutes each time, but 45-minutes was not only a few minutes. Otherwise great experience.

shuttle was very convenient and pickup times were reasonable. Breakfast was delicious. However, there wasn't enough staff on our visit of 6/19. Continental breakfast ran out of coffee and OJ. I had to go find a waitress to take our order because we were in the corner and being missed...others were being served before us. The dinners were very reasonably priced and delicious. Was nicely surprised at this. Someone said that the front desk would give you complementary bottles of water if you asked. I bought one from the "shop". You'd think a front desk person where I paid would have just given me one instead of me buying some. I think some should be in the fridges in the room all ready for the guest. Bathroom was beautiful and clean.
