The view from the room was wonderful and the breakfast was good. The room itself was comfortable and nice.

-We only had 2 towels and one washcloth in our room even though there were 4 of us. I called down to request extra towels and they said they would send some up, but no one ever came. We needed to shower, so my husband had to go down to the front desk and ask again for towels. -It also would have been nice to have a mirror somewhere in the bedroom (there was only one in the bathroom). -I prepaid for breakfast when I booked the room, but the staff seemed to be very confused by this (like they hadn’t seen this before or often). It took a lot of assuring them that I already paid for breakfast for them not to charge me again for us to eat.

There was a discrepancy with the payment that was resolved pretty quick. This is the second time I stayed at this location. Pretty convenient to public transportation as well as to local dining and retail. Will consider another multi day stay in the future.

Would have liked a little more communication between the booking site I used to play ahead of the stay and the hotel where is was....initially.....charged again.

Breakfast was not to holiday in exoectation their dishwasher had broken down they didnt cater for people who were intolerant to diary and no alternative offered.fruits finished early other stuff were not available but the girls were really friendly

More variety cater for people with dietary preference especially allergies. I find all holiday inn has this but this lacked

Hotel team members were friendly and knowledgeable about area. Hotel was very clean and maintained.

Parking fee is ridiculous. I didn't have a problem with the fee at first. Hotel charges $15 to park on the property. Property parking was full and was told to park across the street in another businesses parking lot. Hotel team member indicated that the hotel had permission to use for excess parking. Hotel is charging a parking fee for offsite parking that the hotel is receiving from another business as a courtesy.

Everything went well, the hotel was clean and we were able to check in late after our flight got in.

However, it is a bit misleading to say that it is at Logan Airport and that there was no shuttle service. We payed 25$ for a taxi ride from the airport even though it was 10 minutes away...

Very modern, clean. Staff at font desk was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. (For a cost)

Our flight was cancelled and needed a late check out. Was going to cost $80 for 3 additional hours. (That was maximum time we could have it for) So instead we sat in the Lobby. No airport shuttle.

Hotel seemed freshly remodeled. Comfy beds, AC worked perfectly, great shower, pool was by reservation for an hour which was awesome. Close to airport but not at airport. Nelsi who checked us in was awesome. All staff were fabulous.

No shuttle from airport. No milk available for children. $300 per night is too much, though. No overhead lighting, not enough outlets in middle of room (couldn't plug in CPAPs and phones for instance .

minor room for improvement but I didn’t like the shower pressure. when I first arrived, the shower did not have any pressure and I had to have the maintenance person come into the room to fix the issue. once fixed, the pressure is really high and I cannot adjust.

It’s close to the airport, it was clean and comfortable, had everything we wanted.

The pool is TINY! Couldn’t swim in there if other people are in there. Especially if you are in there with loud obnoxious kids like we did.
