The property was very clean and the room was comfortable. we usually use VRBO but since this was our first trip to the area we decided a hotel made better sense. We had a queen bed and a pull out couch so it was nice and gave us a nice little sitting area. And the mini fridge and microwave are always nice to have to save some money on snacks and for doggy bags.

The only negative I can say is that it is a pain to get into Boston. You have to take a shuttle to the subway to get into the city. But they made it very easy and the shuttles were reliable and safe. It drops you off right at the airport subway and you can pretty much get anywhere else from there. The Mexican restaurant-I would skip!

The airport shuttle showed up very quickly. The hotel had a great restaurant attached that was open late, which was great after having had a long plane journey. The room was very comfortable and the staff super friendly.

location check in staff not very friendly or welcoming (not a single person smiled at us) I felt like they didn’t want me there but the shuttle bus driver was pleasant and helpful even at 3:30 am

The communication between checking in staff we arrived on Wednesday asked about late check out that could be arranged for Friday due to having a later flight asked if there was a charge he said no there is not come to Friday check out at 11-35 we had a phone call from reception asking us if we are checking on saying we had a late check out time of 2 pm she said we did not and if we wanted to stop in the room it would be 50-00 dollars we said we where told there was not a charge we vacated the room and went down to check out then we where told it would be 25-00 dollars I said no thanks mentioned that they should communicate with each other and waited in the lobby for a while this did put a bit off a dampener on our stay after feeding very comfortable

Really liked the breakfast and it was included staff were friendly room was spotless can’t fault anything really

We booked through booking. Com so we emailed the hotel ahead of travel for instructions for the free shuttle ( we travelled from London) we were given a number to call from the airport, this number turned out to be wrong and we were tired and in a panic, luckily enough someone helped us in the airport with finding the correct number, it was late evening and this could have been avoided if the person who sent it had sent the correct one, the pool was very unclean

Nice hotel, close to airport, free shuttle. Delicious complimentary breakfast. Great value.

The attached Mexican restaurant was not so good.

Staff was always pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great. Free Shuttle access to and from the airport was a big plus. We stayed a few days before and after our cruise. Swimming pool, pleasant outside and inside seating areas to just seat and read or enjoy conversations was a plus too. Very clean facility and restaurant attached a plus I recommend the hotel . The room was spacious too and it was only a 15 Minute walk to the Revere Beach area. We recommend the hotel for your travels.

We enjoyed our stay no dislikes

The hot breakfast was excellent! The scrambled eggs were just great! The shuttle was efficiently run - and I made very good use of it.

On the morning of my departure, I did not get the wake up call that I had asked for (twice). I woke up in a panic and called down to the desk. The person told me that several attempts had been made to call me - well… I am not a particularly sound sleeper and cannot believe that I missed more than one call!!! Even so, the procedure should check on the party which is not responding after several calls … they could be very sick. HOWEVER - the hotel provided an immediate shuttle to the airport for me and as luck would have it I still caught my flight! So… the Comfort Inn gets an excellent review from me!!!

Breakfast was outstanding for a hotel complimentary breakfast. Airport shuttle worked well for us--driver told us where to find our bus pickup for the trip home and dropped us off there. Hotel is near a subway station and shuttle can take you to subway. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Looking out the window revealed only an ugly rooftop. Room could have used a small writing desk or surface. Elevator was slow--a fellow prospective passenger gave up waiting and took the stairs. Not crowded though when finally arrived.

Had everything we needed, especially a location close to the airport with shuttle service. Rooms were big enough, very clean, all the basic amenities. Special shout out to the shuttle drivers and the housekeeping staff! The airport shuttle was fantastic.

Would have been nice to have an ice machine on our floor, but that wasn't a big deal. The breakfast was nothing to write home about, but they never are at hotels like this. Was still glad to have it.
