The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Our first room was not cleaned or made up! They then assigned us to the handicapped room, where the bed is about 12” off the floor. When we requested a regular room, they were very helpful and took care of that. The rooms are very spacious and nicely furnished. The shuttle is one of the reasons we went to this hotel, and it was super.

The sofa beds are not made up for a third person….we had to make it up ourselves. The bed itself slanted so my sister rolled to the edge a lot during the night. We also had to ask for additional towels…we had booked the room for three, but since we had to change several times, I understand that there were not enough towels in the room we ended up with. The air handling system is problematic. It runs off and on all night, and we alternated from hot to too cold. It was set at 65 when we entered, and when we turned it down to 72, the heat came on, in August.

- It was the cheapest room I could find in Boston (especially one so close to the airport) by far, so I was expecting a frumpy hotel. Boy, were we surprised! - When we first arrived (by taxi after having taken the train), we thought it was the other guy's hotel who was sharing the cab with us because it was much fancier than we expected. So much so, we were worried that we had been dropped off in the wrong location! But all went well. - We got to witness a new trainee shadowing his mentor(?) and being explained the process. Took their time, and was very relaxed about it. - They booked us a ride to the airport for the morning and were very helpful with how long it'd take to get there and when we should be done for the shuttle, et cetera. - We didn't use the kitchen (I didn't even know it came with a kitchen!), but it was a pretty nice kitchen with basic supplies. - The shower was AWESOME! I also liked that the soaps were attached to the wall. Being my first experience in a hotel, I didn't realise soaps would come supplied. Made me regret bringing my own! - The receptionists helped call our cab when we wanted to go out to eat (we have Coeliac's, so we went to a gluten free restaurant instead of eating at the Marriott). - They were generally very pleasant people.

- The room was really cold! We couldn't change the temperature. Made it difficult to fall asleep even after layering up. - They were not very clear or communicative/helpful via e-mail. Fortunately, they were the complete opposite (very helpful) in person. - This doesn't really have anything to do with the hotel itself as I don't think there's anything the hotel staff could do about this, but when we were done with our meal, but we got very lost for 3 hours trying to get back to the hotel. No one really seemed to know the hotel by name. Fortunately we made it back via subway + bus with the help of a very unfriendly yet very compassionate subway worker (not connected to the hotel) after she warmed up to our Forest Bumpkins Lost in the Big City plight!

Originally dispite request for quiet room we had noisy room at the road junction with traffic lights...no sleep first night so we requested to move room. We had to wait around until 12.30 to change rooms but still managed to fit in some sight seeing that day. The staff were friendly and fulfilled our wish. We enjoyed our four night stay despite the first night. Great laundry facility's. Free breakfast which was actually okay.

Should have been given quiet room straight away.

We chose this location because we wanted to turn our car in a day prior to our departure at the Boston Logan Airport and they offered a shuttle and picked us up on the day we delivered the car and then took us to the airport in the morning. breakfast started at 6:00 am which gave us plenty of time to eat and get the shuttle since they do every 20 minutes. Great staff!!

The only thing I can think of is the coffee wasn't ready at 6:00 am so it felt a little hectic. Not that big of a deal

From pick up at the airport, dinner the first night at the hotel, my 4 night stay, to drop off on my last day, I was pleased. The bonus was the free bus directly across the street that took me in to downtown BOSTON, allowing me to tour withour renting a car.

I do not have any negative comments.

location; I overnighted near the airport between overseas flight and a bus to New England early in the am. Surprisingly quiet, very little airport noise, I heard more street noise than airport noise. Very clean. Comfortable bed. very nice shower.

The attached bar and restaurant is only open Mon-Thurs, and I was there on a Sunday. Nothing else close by other than a convenience store 1/2 mile away.

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms with a nice size kitchen for our needs and a large bathroom. They have a shuttle to and from the airport and the driver was very friendly. The breakfast was gourmet and offered a ton of options.

The noise level was a bit high being near the airport and trains. One night the trains were honking a lot and it made it hard to sleep. Also had guests above us that were very loud, often stomping around till 2am.

It was about 7 minutes from the airport. They had a free airport shuttle that was very easy to use. The hotel was clean and updated. The beds and pillows were super comfy. There was a nice workout facility. Free breakfast in the morning. The bathroom was beautiful! It was a quick 10 min Uber ride to Fanuel Hall/ Quincy Market (about $15). The hotel lobby had many snacks and essentials for purchase. Also, there is a full size fridge, microwave, stovetop, and dishwasher -- with utensils, pots/pans, dishes, etc.

There weren't a whole lot of "extra perks" beyond that. ie: the rooms don't have any bottled water and the snacks/drinks in the lobby are pretty expensive to purchase. There was free coffee in the lobby until a certain hour and after that, all extra perks went away. BUT for the price, it totally exceeded my expectations

Convenient location. Very comfortable bed and clean, nicely furnished room (including full size refrigerator (with ice maker!), stove, kitchenware, and microwave. Complementary airport shuttle was a big plus. Breakfast was good - nice variety of food and drinks. On-site bar was a plus although we didn't make use of it. Friendly and pleasant staff. Pleasantly surprised to find a white noise machine in the room.

Couldn't figure out how to get the AC to have a continuous fan (but didn't seek help with that, either).
