Great clean comfortable hotel.

Check in takes a long long time, even though I booked thru booking. Com. The minute I entered my room I have a message that my debit card was blocked. The person that called asked for my card number, exp date.!then he asked for my security code. I hang up before I gave the security code. Weird.

I requested downstairs room because of my husband having a bad back. Our room was upstairs. Climbing two flights of stairs was no fun for elderly people. Also couple rooms next to us were very noisy late at night, someone running in the hall.

Location, price

Although everything was clean, the entire room needed upgraded equipment and decor. The telephones were very old and yellowed. Fire detector was unhooked and setting on top of the tv. Room was just very dated.

Great customer service Mrs Dorothy is wonderful even though she had to explain a thousand times how to get to our roon she did it with humor.

The pool was closed.

The staff was wonderful. And the room was extraordinary . Love the stay
