The location was great. The person working at the front desk named Happy was really good at trying to make everything comfortable. The price of the room was good.

I was disappointed that this is supposed to be a Best Western, and the facility does not have cable. Also, due to the weather there was no cleaning staff which was understandable. There is something wrong with the elevator. At one point, it stopped working, and the person at the front desk had to do something to get it back working. There was a shortage of available towels, and the hotel did not have a lot of guests.

Staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Requested a first floor room-request was honored. WiFi signal strength was strong and worked fine throughout our stay. Was glad that breakfast was offered as other properties do not offer it and what was offered was pretty good. Will book here again.

Toilet in our room (113) ran constantly due to there being a hole in the float that did not allow it to cut off. We kept the door closed as to not hear it. Was not allowed to take breakfast to room. Pool is not open. A little expensive, however, for the cleanliness and comfort I’ll gladly pay it again.

Room was great. Bed was comfortable. Location was great. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Price was excellent! Best room for the money we have spent in a long time. Room was cool when we walked in and that was great!

I have contacts and there was no sink stopper. I used a bath cloth. That is the only thing I can think of that “I didn’t like”.

I really enjoyed your property it was a good location to where I was going and the shower was to die for I love a good hot shower and your water was extremely hot and I loved it every minute thank you so much not many practice have good hot water yeah I'll get a a+ and the staff was amazing

Everything was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast could have had more choices and no one to clean my room when I was staying over. Shortage of staff but still the lady at the front desk was very nice and everything else clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back

I like the fact that the hotel was close to a location I needed to be near.

I was upset that the breakfast was not good as promised. The breakfast staff informed us that they did not have eggs, sausage, or butter and limited fruit which was a disappointment.

Place was very clean, beds were comfy

Girl at front was not very friendly, at check in didn't give me any info just checked in, at breakfast she said good morning to only the black people, breakfast had biscuit and gravy and it was very cold. Pool was absolutely disgusting(have picture).

The front desk lady was nice and she really accommodated me with getting to my room in a timely manner. The room was big and clean! The bed was extra nice and big!

I didn’t like was that the the bathroom sink was stopped up and the pool wasn’t up and running!

Location was great, beds were comfy, breakfast was simple but effective. Guy running it was nice. Room did its purpose.

Couple of dirty spots in the floor, but once I wiped them up it was fine.

Location was great for the casinos. The ladies at the front desk are very sweet. We needed a new iron and they got one for us. The room was clean and comfortable. I would return.

The breakfast was not the best, but decent. And the Checkers and Waffle House near by beware. Ask for the ladies for food references, wish we did.
