Staff was friendly and helpful. The king bed room was very comfortable soft on my painful back. Pillows were good. 3 choices. Very clean rooms, heat worked and a/c. The travel shampoo and conditioner very good. Tv in room good and microwave , fridge, desk in room, all clean. Room Sink good with low level space and sink knobs very good for my disabilities of body and hands , and in reaching knobs, very good for disabled with grab bar in shower. I used the grab bar. The coffee is a machine and good. Choice of regular and decaf and hot water for tea or green tea bags. They had coffee creamers of half and half and vanilla. They had choice of cranberry , apple or orange juice. Towels clean. Bed sheets clean. Cash deposit of 100 for security was better vs taking 100 out of my credit card bank account for few days. Chase Bank next to hotel charges 3.50 fee to withdraw the 100 cash security deposit. Stores nearby, pizza, and Starbucks across street from hotel.

Double bed is a full size mattress not that comfortable vs the king beds or 2 double beds. i've tried the 3 different room types. It would be nice if they had the old scrambled eggs, waffles, blueberries and other hot buffet for breakfast. They used to have a full breakfast before Covid 2020. The security deposit is 100 for the room. They took 100 cash deposit few times but then said they couldn't anymore. They took 100 out of my checking account and returned in 3-4 days not right away. The bananas during day and morning were peeled and spoiled. The carpet clean but outdated. They could use new carpet on the rooms. Getting a taxi in area difficult but available. Taxi charges 14-20.00 vs Lyft ride.

This was my first time at this Best Western in Woodbury. ANY of the staff were very friendly, courteous, helpful. Even in checkin in late at night "DeQuan" was delightful. I REALLY preferred my room on the ground level and close to the ice/vending area. Being on the back side it was especially quiet and I loved, LOVED!!! the view of the scenery with gorgeous trees. I will be back and request same room!! Can't wait to see what it's like in warmer weather with the pool!!

It WAS a non smoking room but smelled as if smokers or vapers were in there prior. It wasn't me smoking in there!! - for the cost of my room though no complaints - it was clean, quiet, bed comfy, HEAT WORKED!! Great wifi connection and TV channels - really just a "funk smell" like prior smokers. Hard to avoid that in this price range I think. Lamp over desk needed fixing and sink stopper didn't work - not big deals for me.

The staff were lovely, continental breakfast was great as we didn’t even realise it was included. Easy parking & great location.

Even though we put the sign on the door the maid never came to clean or do the beds. We had to ask twice for clean towels, but the staff at reception were great.

it’s completely hidden. There needs to be a sign at the edge of the driveway and also on Jericho Turnpike. Also, the tissues and TP felt like negative 1 ply.

Room is nice and best part is sink is outside the bathroom which is convenient when husband is in shower.

Only had three pillows in King size room. i;m sure we could have asked for another but kept forgetting until we got back to hotel late at night.

The customer service Dequan gave us was A+. He really knows how to go above and beyond to make a guest happy to be there. The room was spotless and the property was peaceful and quiet. Plus the location is near many stores, places to eat, and the lobby offers juice, tea and coffee 24/7.

Accomodating, courteous, polite staff. The first room we entered smelled like smoke. The 2nd room also had a smoke smell. The staff gave us another room immediately to make amends. Very clean rooms with small bathroom and shower stall - no bath. Due to construction they had delicious appetizer chicken drumsticks and wings available from 6-8 pm free. The next night more chicken and sliders. This included bottled water, seltzer, and soda. Breakfast is Continental with breakfast burritos, bagels, bananas and oranges etc... Coffee is always available with half and half packets. The pool area is a haven in the back of the property. It is completely fenced in with flowers, grass and deck chairs/recliners. A room key is needed to enter pool area. Reasonable rates with excellent customer service in a lovely area of Long Island. We will return.

Construction taking place outside that cannot be helped. Two smokey rooms were initially unnerving but 3rd room did not smell. Staff were so nice and helpful.

Breakfast could use a little healthier choices, for a long time a customer of Best Western for a long time, I remember eggs, sausage and toast for breakfast

Everything. I have stayed here on several occasions. The staff is really nice. It used to be two buildings but one has been demolished. There is a great diner for food right across the street.

Refrigerator wasn’t working properly. It would shut off unexpectedly.
