I like the hotel, friendly , expeditious, and professional staff. The room and facilities were clean. The complimentary coffee and tea was nice and the breakfast was great. This hotel is a gem in Dove Delaware!!!

The alarm went off and we had to evacuate. That wasn't the problem, the problem was the other patrons response. Evacuation is necessary when an alarm goes off. Thank you IHG for your prompt, safe, efficient staff.

Spacious rooms. Great Location. Staff was great. Surprisingly quiet. The free breakfast buffet was the best I’ve encountered. Well-stocked. Real bacon, two kinds of sausages, eggs (freshly cooked), assorted pastries, juice, pancakes, etc. Everything a weary traveler needs to start his/her day. Everything else was good to great. But the breakfast was the perfect exclamation point to a great stay.

Not sure if the linen was completely changed. One pillow retained the “presence” of a previous occupant. However, I’m sure that if I’d called the front desk they would have immediately replaced it.

Check-in & check-out was quick. Room was exceptionally clean. Bed & pillows very comfortable. Brand name products in the room (Green Mountain Coffee & Dove bath products) which I was extremely pleased about. Breakfast was excellent! The scrambled eggs were delicious & the coffee was very good. They served turkey sausage which was a big hit for me as I don't eat pork. Good quality. As a heads up, they are remodeling. I didn't have any problems related too that.

Room needs more lighting. I had a handicap room with a roll-in shower which was great however I hope that you put a bench or fold-up bench in the shower.

We stay at the same location in Dover everytime we travel to Delaware. The breakfast is always hot, tasty and there us always a variety of options to choose from. I also love that I can bring my furbaby along with me.

There is not really anything I don't like about the location, which is why my husband and I always choose the location every time.

The room and bed was very comfortable. We stayed in a mini suite, and we had plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, gets. The late night manager was amazing. She was training a new overnight host, but she will do fine.

The breakfast crew was friendly, but there was no orange juice and the choices were very limited to select from. Non-dairy options for coffee or for cereal would be great like some of the other Holiday Inns provide.

The staff was excellent, friendly. Breakfast was hot and they had a great variety of food. Bed was comfy and the room was very clean.

No hooks in bathroom for wet towels, or to hang stuff ie robe and the shower had no shelves to put your stuff on.

The staff was incredible, the rooms were clean and comfortable and I thought the included breakfast was very good. The rooms were newly renovated, the pool was very clean and the back lounge area was a nice touch.

The water pressure was not the best and the price was a little high.

Check in was a breeze and the lady who registered us was fabulous. She was very friendly and pleasant. Everything was clean and comfortable. My daughter loved the cool furniture. The Dove products in the bathroom were great. We loved breakfast; it was tasty and there was a great variety.

The woman at the front desk when we checked in could not have been more welcoming or helpful. the breakfast was great as well with many choices. We stayed in March so the outdoor pool was not open, but looks amazing as does seating area with fire pit.

Honestly, can’t think of something to put here.

Great location & staff. Very hospitable housekeeping staff. I was acknowledged at all times. I am a frequent traveler and so, I understand. They beyond & above.
