I like the staff, the cleanest, I like that there was 8 rooms for all my family traveling and they got us all on one floor near each other.

I feel the pool hours are a little ruff that kids had to get out at eight p.m. for adult swim and no adults were in the pool for the rest of the night.

No free parking. No secure entry to the rooms. Drainage issue in the shower. No microwave.

Very nice room and very clean. The locations was within walking distance to the boardwalk which was nice. Would stay here again.

Neat hotel. Enjoyed the art deco ambiance. The grand staircase and ballroom were beautiful. The shoe shine station was neat. Very grand 1920/30s looking. Cute park with a fountain in front of the hotel.

When booking the hotel, the entire price was charged to my credit card more than a month in advance. When I got there I still had to pay $100 deposit. I had no warning this would happen. Parking on site cost $25 a day. it was cheaper to park elsewhere. I parked at another hotel up the boardwalk. $15 for the weekend. house keeping was ok. Clean bed sheets and shower but there was cookies on the floor next to the night stand between the beds.

Lovely historical hotel in the heart of the Atlantic City Boardwalk. Connected to Bally’s, Caesar’s, et al without going outside. Clean, lovely restaurant and perfect views from the rooftop lounge/bar. Staff is delightful, friendly and eager to please. The valet service is incredibly organized and they will keep your bags if arriving early or departing late. The property is gorgeous, charming and well maintained. Breakfast at The Twenties restaurant is served with first class service and is so delicious. Check out the chef’s specialties. Scrumptious!!!

Checking in, the front desk lady could have been more welcoming and friendly. They were so incredibly busy during our stay and they did run out of towels but it wasn’t bothersome to us. They may wish to purchase a reserve supply for crazy busy times,

The location was great. Did not want to stay at a casino and carry my beach chairs through the casino floor. Stayed on the 21st floor which made access to the Vue easier since we could just go up the stairs the day of airshow. Elevators ( there are 5) were no issue personally however did here other guests complaining the day of the airshow which is understandable since the hotel was full and everyone was trying to leave at the same time. Room was quiet and air was very cold like to have it at 68 when I sleep. Beds were comfortable. Omelets from room service were huge and came in 20 minutes.

Closet door and shower door could use some better tracks they were noisy opening. Could use clothesline in shower to dry bathing suits. Also a towel holder for sink area to dry hands. Pool was a little cloudy which was not due to chlorine levels maybe ph level needed adjusting? Also towels were all gone day of airshow but again was probably crazy crowded. A larger in room coffeee maker would be nice.
