Very convenient and practical as first stay in Chile. Breakfast was nice and fresh, with attendants constantly refilling it as needed. Easy to schedule and pay for airport taxi from front desk. Location had lots of restaurant variety in close walking distance. Room is very functional and clean, no carpet.

Did not like the air freshener smell in hallways. Facilities were a bit worn, but still clean.

, facilities, staff, and particularly the location. I didn’t know that you should avoid the city centre of Santiago, so this came very good as it is close to metro, to the big shopping centre, there is a Walmart express (líder) nearby, in general is great.

Being too picky, the lifts were doing strange noises, but other than that it was great

The staff were courteous and helpful. The location is good: Manuel Montt metro station is close by and it's about a half hour's walk to the Fine Arts Museum (on the edge of downtown Santiago).

There was no chair or desk which I found quite unusual for a hotel room. Also, there were no glasses for drinking water in the bathroom.

The room safe malfunctioned, but staff fixed it quickly as I was about to leave the hotel for flight and needed the passport.

Evidently the Hotel allowed pets so a dog start barking from 3-7 in the morning which deprived us from getting enough sleep. The water temperature shower was tepid at best and not hot enough.

The hotel is great. Like all the Ibis. The area in Santiago has turned into a very rough and criminally inclined area. Very sad to see how bad and out of hand it has gotten. The hotel still seems to be holding up in such a tough neighborhood!

Their cleaning schedule, they clean the rooms every 3 days claiming it’s theirs COVID plan. It doesn’t make any sense , the cleaning should be daily. I’m not paying an hotel room to do my own cleaning. Breakfast was a sad affair too, all the restaurants in the city are open but here they give you it in a bag, it should be open at least for fully vaccinated guests like the regular restaurants

Great location. Close to the subway and there's a lot to do in the area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quite comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here. It might even become my go to hotel when im in Santiago.
