the location was good, the a/c was great
they changed the rates once the manager said he’d give us a special rate, on top of that they made this big deal about us having extra guest which is understandable but i thought for two queens four people could fit but they charged us extra for it which i get bc most of they’re rooms were empty -_-

The location of the hotel is good, it is close to a bus stop, the beach is 5 minutes away, it has parking, a swimming pool, a restaurant, a market, and an oxxo is nearby, perfect to go with your partner or family.

The staff are amazing. The pool is almost always very clean. There is a store (take cash with you) and a nice restaurant just next to the hotel. Rooms are big and kept very clean. ZB
There are no umbrellas in the pool area. You’re lucky if you find something to protect you from the sun.

The entire place was extremely clean. The lobby, the patio, the pool, the rooms, everything was clean. The staff were very attentive and very polite. The view from the top floors is amazing.
There are not many restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Also, it would have been a better stay if the rooms had a mini refrigerator and a microwave, especially since all the restaurants and OXXOs close quite early.
