Breathless Cancun Soul Resort & Spa - Adults Only - All Inclusive

The food was very good. The entertainment staff at the pool made the trip so much fun!!! The shower and all the high tech that was in the room…was so cool.

Men were not allowed to wear dress shorts at the dinners…only long pants. So our males in our group didn’t have pants. They went and got pajama pants on and was able to get in. Makes no sense! Especially…when woman can literally get in wearing shorts and a sports bra. Also…the food places that are in the pool areas…you can’t bring the food to your seats. Even in a napkin. They need to allow guest to be able to sit at their lounge chairs and eat. They can get plates that don’t break. Also, the dance club smelled so bad of vomit…that we couldn’t even go in there. The restaurants are not always open. One restaurant is open twice a week and so on. So your choices for dinners every night are really limited to two options.

love how new everything is the 'wow' light in the room was something super special! 🤩 great variety of bars pools and restaurants and the water / beach was perfect! friendly attentive staff and quality of food and beverage was excellent definitely above average for an all inclusive. loved the purple beach towels and no wrist tags! 🙌 also really appreciated that it was a bit of a mature clientele not teenagers getting sick everywhere 😂

no 'don't disturb' room signs and house keeping took a while but I'm not picking was a fantastic stay

This is a beautiful hotel with an amazing entertainment crew! The staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms were immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of amenities in the rooms.

The restaurants had weird dress codes and some restaurants never opened during our stay. Women could be casual, but men needed certain attire. It wasn't based on quality, though. Two of our male friends wore PJ bottoms to get around the 'pants' rule, and it worked fine but seemed pretty absurd. The beach looked nice, but it's right where lots of excursion boats dock, so it didn't feel super swimmable. I'm not sure that the Xhale club was worth the upgrade, but we didn't see the non-Exhale rooms, so it may have been.

The design

We paid for a room with a bathtube and a better view, but when we got to the resort they told us it was not available for us, only for some “club”. They said they didn’t know why Booking was offering those rooms. We still paid the same and didn’t get the room we reserved.

lovely modern hotel. very clean and comfortable. facilities were great with a well equiped hotel gym, lovely pool and restaurant/bars. highly recommend.

The only negative for me was not having any of the restaurants open for lunch as well. lunch was just the buffet and snack bars that have pizza/nachos and burgers. would be nice to have a more upscale lunch option too, but didn’t impact our stay at all - just a thought

Do yourself a favor and book a room at Breathless hotel. And you ask why ? Because Breathless hotel is the best hotel you can get in Cancun for sure. The hotel is super clean and tidy, the staff are dedicated and helpful with every question and problem, everyone here is always smiling and help from the button of the heart, and most importantly in everything I contacted I got an answer! . I have been around hundreds of hotels around the world and here I got a feeling I have never really experienced. Moises, the hotel manager, from the first second we entered made us feel at home together with all his staff and its awesome to see how the general manager helps with the little things and is at the front of the stage. As for the food - each restaurant is amazing in its beauty and flavors, a very luxurious breakfast, high and fast room service, and a huge variety of dishes from all sorts of different countries (there are 10 different restaurants!). The ocean view is amazing like real Caribbean island . In conclusion - don’t hesitate and come to Breathless hotel !

The service and accommodations from the beginning to the end of our stay were second to none. Punctual room service, the most diverse dining experiences, and loads of flavourful drinks have set the bar at a seemingly unparalleled height.

More "smell good" cleaning solutions need to be incorporated when taking care of the hard surfaces in the hallways and elevators because we experinced a stagnant smell during the duration of our stay.

The resort is beautiful and the food was very good. Staff members were very friendly and helpful for the most part.

Concierge let me down even though I preplanned a Birthday Bash with the resort months ahead of time. The alcoholic beverages seemed a bit watered down, but it was unlimited.
