We travelled from Cairns and stayed here for almost 8 days the same place after check out on first stay. Me and partner truly happy to be able stayed in Banana Coast, it’s been our dream to stay in Cabin. I love the design and layout of the cabin, simple yet spacious space. Looks just like the normal cabin but inside made felt like at home. Comfortable and warmer than others accommodation. Staff are very friendly and helpful, I would like to stay there again next year holidays! I hope the accommodation will not affected by the road expansion.

Nothing 😃

The cabin was clean and had all the facilities required - especially bedside lights. I had to ask for some kitchen items and they were happily supplied. Location was good for me with the Waste 2023 Conference venue just up the road.

It was noisy with the cabin being so close to the highway - especially the trucks up and down the hill at all hours of the night. I appreciate there's not much you can do about it. I should have asked more questions about blankets because the bed blanket was too hot and only the sheet too cold. I learnt when checking out that I could have asked for thinner blankets which would have made a big difference to my sleep experience.

The pool and bbq and playground facilities were great.

The physical location was a bit tricky as you can’t turn right out of the park onto the highway to go back into Coffs, you have to utilise a uturn bay just down the road. Trying to uturn across the highway at certain times of the day was difficult as there are road works just north of the entrance and there was heavy holiday traffic coming into Coffs.

We had a great stay here everything was great. The pool was spotless which was nice to see. The grounds and cabin were all kept well. Our dog had room outside in the covered in area to sit and access the grass. Would definitely come back again.

If we had to pick a fault the only thing is Fan in bedroom only worked on a very low speed but we had aircon in the rest of the cabin so was all good

Great location, was quiet, beds were very comfy, was clean, shower pressure was great, easy to make own meals,

the only thing we did not like and was not really the fault of the caravan park was the access to get back towards main part of town you had to use a u turn bay and it was quite difficult with the current road works and excess traffic at the busy times of the day.

Very affordable accommodation with all necessary items available in a 4 bed cabin. The fridge is good for 2-3 days of food storage. Very good to crash for the night or two on your route.

Cleanliness outside the cabin needs improvement. Parking for cabin is tight even for one big car. Getting in and out of the accommodation to the city could get tricky depending on the time of the day.

I stayed in one of the cabins. I felt it was good value for money. It was lovely and clean and smelt really nice when I went in. The facilities were great and I liked the fact that there was a nice outdoor area to sit. I was only there one night on my way home from Uni, but I'll make it my normal stopping point from now on. Staff were lovely and very helpful when I checked out in the morning.

I don't think this is a you problem. I think it's an "I suck at reading maps" issue. I arrived late and it was dark. It was hard to find my cabin because the map wasn't really to scale and I couldn't see the number on the side of the cabin. I wasn't sure until the morning that I was actually in the right one!

Bed and seating firm but comfortable, much better than I expected. The Villa was clean and well equiped. My dog was made welcome and there was no extra charge for bringing a dog. Car parking was adjacent to the villa.

A non slip mat is needed for the walk in shower as the tiles become slippery when wet. Internet is very slow.

It was easy to get to, and it's right in the highway so we could continue our trip. The beds were pretty comfortable. It was right near the big banana. There was on undercover front verandah area that was really nice.

The first step on the front verandah was broken on one side. The door was hard to open sometimes. The pool Waa nice but dirty.

Price was fair, close to town had everything needed

Wifi reception wasn’t good, laundry facilites could have been asked to pay extra for tokens on booking maybe. Bunk beds were small for my teenage boy who is 14 and 6ft but all and all the cost fitted my budget and I was happy
