The lady personal and I mean everyone we met were the most kindest to my wife and myself. Assistance with parking, directing us personally to checking in, introduction to our room and the lady making up the other rooms. Offers to carry our bags upstairs and so on. Terrific staff including a very polite lady at the cooking counter. We appreciated accomodation on very short notice. We are aged and treated much better than expected.

I was charged for a second night stay. We only stayed one night. When I phoned the lady answering was very apologetic and organised with the manager? For a refund to my card in a few days.

Excellent value hotel. Spacious, clean and bright room with very comfy beds. Helpful friendly staff and a fantastic downstairs bar and restaurant. The meals are fabulous! And so many beers to choose from. A great fun quiz night on Tuesdays too. Great location in the centre of town. Ideal for any traveller. Would stay again. Thanks "Planto".

Only 1 issue was a very slow draining sink in the room. I reported it to a helpful staff member but it wasn't fixed during my stay. Hopefully when I left it was resolved. Apart from that all was excellent! Recommended.

Really confortable bed. Air con and fan. place was really clean. Staff were friendly and showed us around when we checked in. We arrived quite late and the staff offered to majke us toasties. There was no TV but there is a good bar and entertainment downstairs. Was really good for a night and i would definitely stay again. The bathroom is shared bu was very clean. Shower had good pressure and was nice and hot. Massive generous towels.

It should be noted that the room had not TV, and no fridge, but that was not a concern to us. Other reviews have said the rrom size was small, but if you're just looking for a comfy clean place to sleep, you can't go wrong.

We arrived very early in the morning after coming in on the coach and were allowed to leave our bags until our room was ready. We couldn't believe it when we were given an early check in and only an hour or so after arrival, were in our room having a catch up on some sleep! The beds were extremely comfy and the room immaculately clean. The rooms themselves are on the smaller side but that didn't bother us. The shared bathroom facilities were also great with a lovely powerful shower. We had dinner in the restaurant one evening too which was great and reasonably priced! The staff were wonderful and really couldn't do enough for you. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

This wasn't an issue for us because we like walking and knew this prior to booking, but just a heads up that the hotel is a fair walk from the marina (if that's what you're particularly interested in seeing).

Great location, right at the heart of city center. Shared female showers/toilets were very clean, as was the room. Price was value for money - especially for a one night stay, where one doesn't intend on staying at the hotel other than to sleep and store luggage.

The lock/door to the female showers/toilets were a little confusing as to which key was meant to be used. This was after hours, so no staff were available to clarify either. Would've loved a bottle of complimentary water as well.

Not too far to walk from the bus stop, nice & clean, has somewhere to grab food below if you need.

Quite far away from anything to do in Coffs but you can get buses fairly easily close by. Also as there’s no one overnight you can’t check in easily with the bus times/there’s no where to wait comfortably. i just tried to have a little sleep on the mini sofa thing but anyone could come in as that door is open. luckily the lady in the morning was really sweet and helped me get in my room quickly when she came in

I did get welcome by a very smiley hostess who took me to my room and explained everything clearly (where the bathrooms where, where to drop the keys off in the morning etc…). the bathrooms definitely did not look like the photos. Very quiet

I feel like I could have been warned that the building was being renovated and that the aisle I was in had older bathrooms and dusty bits as I’m asthmatic.

staff really helpful and friendly, the bar downstairs was good and always had things going on. shared bathrooms were clean and hardly ever had to share it with anyone. small kitchenette was a nice touch too

the room was absolutely sweltering on a night, could do with A/C as the fan didn’t actually cool the room but did work for blowing air at you

Good location. The staff were all excellent from the time I arrived until I left 5 days later. They were all engaging, friendly and very welcoming. Could not do e Pugh to make my stay a delight. Everywhere in the pub, the rooms and the shared bathroom facilities were all spotless and clean, at all times. I would recommend to anyone. I will stay there again,

softest bed I’ve slept in for ages. clean tidy. the bathroom is not far away from the room and it’s lovely. ceiling fans good.

the price could be a little lower maybe $100-$110 per night. There is a share kitchen that the guests have to keep clean so I don’t feel the $129 per night should include a not so clean kitchen and a share bathroom.
