Good vibe, convenient location, food looked good, bed was small but so comfortable. We slept very well and comfortably

No bathroom of course. Bedroom doors were super squeaky, disturbing the peace for others every time you have to creep out of your room. This should have been tended to long ago I suspect. Tiny room. Noisy of course... its a pub, but it was a good low cost, clean, convenient place to stay as we only went for the musician they had playing there.

This hotel was great value for money. Quiet, comfortable and with lots of TV choices like Netflix. The room was spotless with lots of amenities like coffee and tea and bottles of water in the fridge.

I had a shared bathroom which required walking a short distance along a corridor, but it was a small price to pay for such good value. I never bumped into anyone on the corridor so it was as if I had the place to myself.

Very comfortable, soft top bed. females share bathroom is handy on same level as room, spacious, clean with complimentary shampoo etc & nice towels. Airconditioning easy to control. staff explained clearly about afterhours access.

Some noise from beer garden area but OK to get used to & get to sleep. I didnt see the tea/coffee making facilities in the wardrobe until I was packing to leave! I would of liked an early coffee & looked for a shared kitchenette room, like some old hotels have, but didnt find one - afterwards I realised why. The staff person who showed me to the room didnt seem to know what to tell me about the room set up.

Location was excellent. The menu was excellent . Unfortunately the night we decided to eat there the chef was ill. We were going to have the lamb cutlets. Rooms serviced regularly. Live music was fun. All round a good time.

The only thing we didn’t like was the beer always seemed flat and not heading. We put this down to the way the glasses were perhaps washed. We tried several different beers with the same result. We ended up drinking bottled beer without a glass.

Loved the location. The plantation shutters, air conditioning. Charm of the hotel, including glass ware in restaurant.

We thought there could have been an extra blanket each bed for a cold winter's night. The room could have had the velvet pillows and blankets like to he photos had.

Very central, easily accessible and CLEAN! Didn’t have high expectations with it being a pub, however we were very pleasantly surprised. The room was tidy, bright and a perfect size. Had everything we needed, minus the TV remote (we couldn’t find it, maybe didn’t look hard enough). The lady that checked us in was incredibly helpful and friendly as well, offered us a drink on the house as our room was not ready when we arrived. Great stay, we recommend it.

Easy check in & out, friendly staff, clean & comfortable room. Great bars & cafes in the area.

A little more tea/coffee/milk in room would've been handy & blockout shutters not great stopping the morning sun - no major issues

I didn't like that there was no room really at all to stand in the bathroom between the toilet and shower. They did not gave a microwave or tissues.

I arrived late at night. The staff were welcoming. Received an upgrade to my original booking. Lovely suite. Great place to relax. Complimentary bar drink. Dinner in Dining room.

had to go down from country for medical reason it was a central location very good staff and house cleaning was very good a nd they were friendly if you wanted anything you just had to ask
