Buffet breakfast was high class & a feature of the stay. Very spacious throughout with Lifts & no stairs. The room was a good size & double beds were reasonably comfortable. The high cupboard containing fridge was conveinient for making hot drinks & snacks . Loved the full size pool tables & quiet Library room, The heated indoor pool was a great plus with length for laps & roomy spa.

The introductory letter containing the Map of Resort was to small, hard to site details of resorts extent. Some details on how to operate TV + Air con controler & Security safe would be helpful. The TV was lacking in program detail, would not show name of current show running, only Station selection. The shower over bath not a great idea + very difficult controlling water flow with Tapemixer down near bath spout & pressure was low.

beautiful and convenient location, room was spacious, beds were comfortable, kidzone was a huge bonus, buffet breakfast had good variety and was fresh and tasty.

bathroom wasn’t very clean when we arrived (lots of dark hairs on walls and in bathtub). room service menu was lacking in options and variety. it was impossible to get a booking at any of the on site restaurants, even more than 24 hours in advance.

The staff members were amazing - all of them have been very welcoming and helpful. Our room was highly spacious and comfortable. The hotel’s restaurants and breakfast buffet offered stunning views of the Jamison Valley. The restaurant food was delicious and the service was great. The hotel’s numerous facilities were also visually pleasing even though we haven’t utilised some of them. Overall, we had a good experience and this hotel tops our list of the several hotels we visited in Leura and surrounding areas.

Our bedroom carpet was a little dirty. Also, we found it difficult to find and access the indoor pool. Although tasty, the restaurant food was a bit overpriced. However, we still thought our stay at Fairmont Resort was enjoyable and memorable.

It was clean, good location, spacious rooms, range of activities.

Receptionists were slow. There were 2 receptionists attending to thier customers while I was next in line, had to wait around 7 minutes before a third staff came out from the back to welcome me then proceeded to listen to the other staffs conversation, had to actually smile and say "whenever you are ready" before she realised she zoned off... next day tried calling reception on 4 different occasions and it kept ringing out till I just got dressed and went downstairs to wait in line with noone infront of me but a staff member on the "computer" for around 5 or 6 minutes.

Good variety of activities for children. Definitely a wonderful place to spend a family holiday together. Service was professional and the staff members were very helpful. The beef tenderloin in the Ember Grills kids menu was superb. It was good to see my little one could enjoy a nice yummy steak as we do at Ember Grills.

The cleanliness of the bathtub and a little bit more attentions to details in house keeping could be improved. There were definitely some soap scum around the drain in the bathtub. Given the fit out of the shower head (affixed to the wall) it was difficult for us to clean it ourselves hence my little one couldn't use the tub to bath. Probably update to those removable shower heads would make bathing/showering the younger ones a lot easier. Also we were only given 2 sets of towels while we booked for 3 of us. A clean set of towels were delivered soon after we called the front desk. However the second nigh there were still 2 full sets (though with extra bath towels) were left in the room after our room been cleaned.

The best part of the hotel was its view and its excellent staffs. The staffs at the restaurants, at the breakfast bar, at the reception were 10/10. But the staffs at the concierge were simply amazing and outstanding and went above and beyond to help us with any questions we had or if we needed any help. They all definitely need a pay rise 😊 Also, a big shoutout to MagicCraig for putting up an excellent and funny and amazing show to not only the kids but also to the parents. This was definitely the highlight of our stay. The kids zone was another highlight and outdoor area where the kids could run and play. We loved the pond and the fishes, especially the kids.

The breakfast buffet didn’t meet our expectation at all. The hotel management really has to work on providing a good spread of choices for the money they charge. Also, the rooms were not very pleasant. The hotel management needs to upgrade the rooms.

This accommodation had absolutely everything we needed. It was very family friendly and my 2 year old absolutely loved it. It was a great holiday getaway for the weekend. You didn’t have to leave the accommodation for anything & if we did everything was so close including Scenic world. The service at the concierge was superb - very friendly and helpful especially with my son. The concierge went above and beyond and put our bags all the way from our room to our car without asking. I felt terrible that we didn’t have any cash on us as a thank you/tip.

When I checked in I think the staff member could have been more helpful by telling us more about the facilities they had especially after asking if this was our first time there at Fairmont (which it was). I wasn’t really told about the restaurants or arcade or play room or pools etc also I didn’t know what time check out was.

We enjoy our stay last weekend. Kids really enjoy their Stay watching movies, playing in Kids zone room, swimming etc even during cloudy weather, we really enjoy our stay. We love breakfast and dinner at Embers Grill Restaurant. Staffs in the reception and in the restaurants and in the Ubika Spa are very friendly and helpful. It's fantastic from the teams. I want to praise for MS LU, Marcus VU, and one Asian lady (Sorry, I can't recall the name) who made us warm welcome, it's our first time to stay with your resort and we will surely come back again. I also praise for the team at Ubika Spa especially MS Faith who had done a great work. I feel so much relaxing & comfortable, and I almost forgot all the stress that I had from work :-) Last but not least, I also Praise for the Team at Embers staffs (Dion and Patrick) who provided a great service for us with a special arrangement for a Birthday cake made by the chef for my friend's Big 50 Birthday celebration. You had accommodated for our needs. It's fantastic Team. Thank You so much.

Ok buffet. Nothing special. Had variety and quality was ok. Ie just what you expect for standard buffet and only good if you’re a big eater given the price.

Morning restruarant staff preferred you find another seat rather than clear up tables ( quite a few) along the window! When he saw me grab the wipes and spray bottle, he did quickly take over. He was lazy in general - trying to avoid work- as I observed him whilst having breakfast !

The facilities are great ie the pool, day spa, ice skating rink etc. So many activities to keep the family entertained. Food was also very good. All staff extremely helpful and pleasant.

Our room 315 was very disappointing, size wise it was great, but very tied looking, aesthetically not pleasant at all, particularly the bathroom. I was disappointed with this room, definitely the worst out of my 7 stays and honestly overpriced .
