Very very clean and good size room. Easy check in and check out and quality linen. Not a fan at all of the long tube ceiling lights. I guess they are easier to replace and maintain for the service team of the motel but they give that prison and subway kind of harsh light vibe to the rooms.

Quite loud by the highway (if you aren't used to that kind of noise). bed could have been a little firmer for my liking.. but this is all down to personal preference. Considering the side lamps gave a warm soft feel to the room, I would be upgrading the ceiling lights to a less harsh and homely downlight style.

We love staying here when we are travelling down to Penrith to rowing the following day - such a nice motel to stay - and literally so easy to get to Penrith Rowing Centre in time and saves having to stay in Penrith and battle getting a room there as more often than not you do not know you are going until the last moment. Would only be an hour I think into the city...if that

I stayed here in a Budget room for one night before an early morning appointment in Lawson. It was great. Extremely comfortable, impeccably clean, and with absolutely everything I needed for a simple stopover. Nothing was lacking, everything worked. Highly recommended.

Nothing. It was exactly as I had hoped and good value for money.

Super clean. Natural light. Comfy large bed. Traditional motel set-up. Two chairs, table, sofa, big bed. Everything we needed. Very close to the theatre so perfect for an evening show. Simple things like teaspoons and bins which weren't included in other motels.

We should have been more prepared for the noise in the evenings. The motel is on the highway and on the train line. It wasn't terrible but we are from the country. We just didn't think about it until we were there!

Great little motel in the Mountains at Springwood - easy to drive too late afternoon to stay and be at Penrith for rowing at 7.30 am - drove to Springwood for a meal - room was small but CLEAN and comfy

I wish all motel rooms put hot chocolate satchels in their rooms, not just tea and coffee

Staff were very nice and helpful, room was clean comfortable and good for the money.

It is close to road and rail so noise is bit of issue. After about 11pm it quietened down abit due less traffic but you could still hear passing vehicles. Sound proofing/dampening the door would go long way to help this

Location, large room, friendly staff.

Bed was a bit hard for my liking and needs a heater in the bathroom. Both these are minor improvements.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms. Daily clean towels and rubbish removal. Comfortable. Good parking.

Road traffic at night was loud.

I slept in the double bed which was so unconfortable the matress was so lumpy and I got very little sleep I ended sleeping on top of the bed wrapped in a blanket The good thing was it was a lovery room and the single bed my friend slept was great this is a lovely room so clean and lovely

Hmmmm can't really recall anything and anything would have been outweighed by amazing service. . Maybe power board attached to / plugged in so if multiple devices like a mobile and a laptop could be charged up.
