Beautiful little apartment, attractive and clean. Bed was large and very comfortable, and there are some reclining chairs for relaxing. Bathroom was spacious. While the owners, John and Sue, live upstairs there is a separate entrance and it felt very private. They were very welcoming and helpful. The apartment has a microwave, toaster, kettle, full size fridge, sink, crockery, glasses and cutlery. We could also use the BBQ on the back verandah and ended up cooking for ourselves every night. Breakfast supplies were ready and waiting in the fridge. There are plenty of food options nearby and we had some great coffee at the local bakery. The location is just across the road from the river and a swimming area, and a lovely walk along the river to the beach and breakwater. While there is no onsite parking we had no difficulty finding a park either on the road or in the nearby car park.

We did find the location had some road noise which we noticed more in the morning.

Very comfortable and immaculately clean. Provisions for breakfast and snacks very generous. Hosts very friendly and helpful and we'll definitely keep them in mind for next time we're in the area.

The road can get busy and noisy at times. Parking on the busy road a bit awkward.

Absolutely lovely B@B in the heart of North Haven. There were so many special touches that made our stay a home away from home experience. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend a stay at Bella Vista. Thank you Sue and John

Excellent. A great place to relax for a couple of days on the way back from further north. It is close to good food options, walks and access to the water.

Within close proximity to shops, walking tracks, the river and the beach. The owners are super friendly and the little extra touches they put in the room make you feel really welcome.

Location, amenities, provisions & the hosts were all great.

At first, we were disappointed there were no cooking facilities, which forced us to eat out - which was a good option to tasting the great local foods.

John and Sue went above and beyond to accommodate our family, my wife and i plus our two little boys 3 and 1. We can't recommend Bella vista, John and Sue any more highly. We will be back without fail. Thanks so much once again. See you guys soon..

If you can possibly find anything negative about staying here, your way to picky. These guys are amazing...

Great position on the river near cafes and restaurants. Comfortable bed in a spacious room with large ensuite. Breakfast cereal, yoghurt and tinned fruit was in the fridge.

Fantastic B & B in a great location opposite the river/lake. Easy walk to club and restaurants. The accomodation was brilliant and we were made to feel very welcome by the owners, Sue and John. The breakfast supplies were plentiful and much more than we expected. Our room was well appointed and the bed was super comfortable. The decor throughout the property is beautiful and makes for a very pleasant environment. Sue and John supplied everything we could possibly need for our 7 night stay with them.

Very convenient but is on a main road

I would have appreciated a folder with cards of the main eating places in North Haven and Laurieton. We could have rung to check availability. We arrived around 6pm on a public holiday and spent 40mins looking for somewhere to have aeal
