Hotel Indigo Vienna - Naschmarkt, an IHG Hotel

The hotel and staff are absolutely amazing! Everything in the hotel looks and feels so fresh, clean and new, and while in the hotel we felt like in the garden. The hotel staff was super nice (especially the reception and cleaning teams) and gave us early check-in around 6 am without any additional fee. This is a sort of things which creates customer loyalty. The location is also amazing - it is just a minute from the metro and took us around 5-7 minutes on metro to get to the city centre, Schonbrunn Palace and other places. The thing in the hotel we loved most were blankets (probably the best I ever seen), they are just super convenient. Overall, we are very happy with our choice and strongly recommend the hotel to everyone! Additional tip: if you decide to stay there, definitely visit Anker Bakery and Budapest Bistro, which are very close to the hotel and serve amazing food!

No possibility of making more hot in the room during the night. Unpleasant. otherwise, everything at exceptional.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. New and stylish rooms. Very nice interior, a lot of plants. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We ordered a breakfast one time, it was pretty good, but a little overpriced I would say, because we had great breakfast in a cafe nearby twice cheaper. But nevertheless it's worth it to have breakfast once in the pleasant atmosphere of the hotel restaurant)) It's not in a city center, but it was an advantage for me: to stay in not-overcrowded area. Wish the hotel all the best. If I go to Vienna again, will come back here)

Hotel is placed in a very convenient location, right next to a metro station which makes commuting around the city very easy. Staff was extremely friendly. Rooms are rather small, but clean and cozy. I didn't really use the restaurant/breakfast services as there are many coffee shops around the hotel, but drinks in hotel bar were very tasty.

My room's windows were placed above the area where kitchen cooks had their smoke breaks, but it wasn't too big of an issue as there was AC in the room.

The stay was very comfortable and rejuvenating. The hotel was very beautiful and relaxing to the extent that I didn't feel like going out at times even though I was in Vienna. Love the comfort, the design, the garden and the atmosphere, as well as how it smelled 😂. My room had a view of a tree with a singing bird. I also like the parquet flooring which always feels cleaner and fresher. It wasn't luxurious but it was tastefully designed and planned for every corner and every small detail. They allowed me to check in earlier and gave me a total quiet room which was what I had asked for. The breakfast was good enough with a choice of hot food. And the hotel is just in front of a tram/metro station and a bus stop, so you can go many places from there.

I wished that I would have been told and given the menu of the hot food during breakfast. I didn't know about this choice until I asked about it. In addition, it would be nice if there is a glass door for the shower. The water tended to splash out of the lovely bathroom to the toilet. It is also a bit far if you come by the main train station. Nevertheless, I personally feel that these are insignificant compared to what it has to offer.

The hotel is beautiful and in a really great location with lots of restaurants and bakeries just down the street and of course the Naschmarkt is really close. Most things are an easy walk, but access to public transport is right there for checking out the city. The staff were friendly and provided a lot of helpful tips. The overall experience was excellent and I would definitely stay there again. I checked out the gym and I was quite impressed with available equipment, including some really nice kettle bells with sizes up to 32kg, which is pretty rare. The room was very well designed and it made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. The shower was excellent and I would rate it the best I've experienced at any hotel.

It is hard to come up with something that I didn't like. The only thing I would have liked better is if the bar food menu had more basic snack options, but that is a personal preference, not a really a criticism.

Beautiful outdoors common terrace space and cosy inside bar area to sit and enjoy a drink served by friendliest people. Beautiful, clean and comfortable rooms, lovely design. It smells amazing throughout the hotel. Very secure as lift is only accessible with keycard. Free minibar, slippers and bathrobes. Definitely the best hotel I stayed at.

Poor wifi signal at our hotel room but reception staff is aware of it so hopefully they will fix it. Wifi worked perfectly at the bar/reception area so we chose to spend a lot of time there to get a good wifi signal, which was actually turned out to be a very good idea to enjoy the hotel's beautiful common areas, so no complaints.

- Location - the hotel isn’t in the centre of Vienna, it’s a little quieter and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. There is an underground across the road, and you can be in central Vienna within 10 mins. - The staff are super friendly - Great vibes in the main reception area - Excellent cocktails - Smells great - Rooms are a good size, there’s complimentary water, juice, tea, coffee ans biscuits - Able to leave baggage at the hotel after checkout

- The waterfall shower is great, but the glass partition isn’t big, water got everywhere and soaked the floor mat, had to get towels ect changed everyday as a result.

The hotel is located in a really good location, walking distance to shopping areas and nightlife. It's also very quiet, even considering the busy road it's on because the hotel is cornered on all sides by high residential buildings. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a nice chat with a staff member hailing from Greece who helped us with our bags on check-out day. The bartender was also very nice and gave us a water on the house! We also had a long look at all the other hotels in Vienna before booking, and they all look old and drab. This hotel is new, clean and when you walk in, you immediately feel comfortable and energised. Normally I would like to try a different hotel on second visit to a city, but I don't think I will next time in Vienna. I'd rather stay here again.

We booked the room with the balcony but sadly this proved to be rather a let down (the only one). In the morning, people have breakfast and smoke right outside (same ground floor level), while during the day the cleaners are hoovering the floor a bit too loudly for our liking. At night, you come home tired so didn't use it then either. In retrospect, the standard room would've sufficed.
