Location, breakfast, not far from the center, easy to get to the center and sightseeing, and any destination actually. Many shops nearby of any kind- clothes, ikea, pharmacy etc. many places to eat.

Size of the room (it was stated of course in the description but in reality really small, but if you travel to enjoy the city outdoors it would be ok. Smoke smell in the bathroom - the room is non-smoking but probably someone did smoke before us anyway and did break the rule, so first 2 days it was bad smell (( until it went away. It was really hot in the room - I tried to switch off the battery but it did not help, it was still very warm, so had to keep the window open as much as we could.

The hotel was perfect for our stay. Central and close to public transport which made it easy to go to all the places we intended to visit. The room was very clean and comfortable, and had lots of space for two people. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Very helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Celina for checking us in and helping me out with my train ticket. Also a shout out to the receptionist who assisted me during checkout, I didn’t catch her name. The hotel even gave a nice gift upon checkout. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect very close to a lot of shops, restaurants and bars, good access to all public transport, fantastic room 715 gives me a good view of the city relaxing view before sleep and nice hot sun to wake up to. Brillant, In addition, this facility is exceptionally clean and wonderful cleaner always smiles and respond effectively to customers' need or requests.

It is not too bad but it will be good to have functioned in house bar there is a provision for this but it seems it is not in use, the is a drink dispenser in the lobby area but one is not allowed to seat in the lobby to drink, I have a mate of my visits me during my stay but we could not drink in the hotel lobby are. I must say that the food in this hotel is fantastic but the restaurant staff need to be more polite and friendly, they sometimes come across as angry or staff with low morale, I will recommend the staff of this hotel to attend Equality and Diversity training. For them to understand there are other people in the world who do not speak their local language or has a different culture.

I liked all the facilities and services I rated 8 and above. In this survey. Internet connection and performance were satisfactory as well.

I didn't like a small incident that happened for whatsoever reasons. The elevators stopped working therefore stairs were taken but meantime internal entrance doors were locked. This maiy be considered as safety measures but I think that anyone from the personnel should organize and direct the guests on what do. However, the "incident" didn't last long because of immediate measures taken.

The location is great, near attractions and Westbanhof (one of the main stations in Vienna). The view from the room was lovely which was unexpected! The staff were very kind and welcoming. They kept our luggage after we had checked-out which was super helpful and allowed us to explore the city more freely before we had to head to the airport. The room was okay - the bed was comfortable, it has a mini-fridge, and the shower was very nice. It just needs a renovation so it looks more modern. However, for the money you pay, it's a pretty great deal. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a bit dated and the rooms could do with a renovation.

The hotel is located in the middle of everything, Westbanhof is on the right while Mariahilfe is on the left. Staff of the hotel are amazing and very helpful, the welcoming coffee provided for free is something that you can rarely find, from 11hrs until late the hotel puts on the coffee machine an juice maker for its guests. I didn't take the breakfast since I had to leave very early in the morning but everything was really accommodating and welcoming.

Clean rooms with lots of space and comfort, in a great and safe area of the city, with fair prices, good and fast connectivity with the airport, close to the business, cultural and market center of Vienna. The staff was great from the cleaning personnel to the receptionists very helpful.

The renovation of the central entrance of the hotel was not helping because I had to enter from a side door which made more difficult to find the reception and the way in to the main part of the hotel.

The hotel is located on one end of the pedestrian street (the main one outside the downtown) with a lot of transportation options and is close to metro U3 which takes you directly to the center of the city. There are a lot of shops and restaurants in the area which is quite useful. Rooms are not big, but clean and have all the necessary essentials. The staff is also quite nice and helpful. We also had a pretty nice view which probably enhanced the overall experience. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
