The design, the location, the facilities, the breakfast, the rooms

Every time someone close to my room was closing a door, the whole room was shaking. Like literally, the floor, the walls, the bed were all shaking like an earthquake was shaking. It was frightening every single time. The walls were too thin? I don’t know why this was happening.

quiet hotel just off the center, few minutes walk. very nice super comfy with pleasant staff especially at the breakfast restaurant who go out of their way to make you comfortable. while many hotels even in Italy these days make you get a cappuccino from a machine here they make you a fresh one and its very good

The location is definitely the biggest asset of the hotel. It's right next to the metro station, and 5-10 minutes walk from many popular tourist attractions. Breakfast was good, it has some items on the menu like Eggs Benedict that are made to order and included in the price.

The reception is a bit wonky. There is no real desk, but two tables next to the entrance which doesn't really fit into a hotel like the Radisson. We had no trouble checking in but there isn't much space, and if a group arrives or multiple people try to check out at once it certainly gets crowded. We didn't use online check in but it might be good to do so during high season.

charged me for the water but did reverse when I complained - it was £ and no breakfast that would of been extra but location and room space was great - it would of been nice to be upgraded they hinted but I had to join as a member which I did but they said the upgrade would be next time Went to use the steam room but it wasnt working apparently I should tell recieption before but I didn't know this as no room info

Great location in the center of Vienna. Easy to walk to and from. Good size room quiet room, and an overall good experience. Close to public transportation. Close to great shopping.

No coffee machine in the breakfast room meaning you had to wait for the staff to bring you coffee. The first day we had almost finished our breakfast before the coffe came, and when then it was just a small cup. Later in our stay we managed to order a pot of coffee, so it became better. Very hard beds. WiFi was really bad, and came and went frequently!

The location is excellent in the old town, near to all the interesting buildings. The hotel is lovely, the rooms are spacious with a big bed and good shower. The staff are excellent. The breakfast is really good, but expensive if all you want is something light. We went out to one of the many good cafes around after the first morning because of this.

The shower needed de-scaling so the water comes straight down - this is so common in hotels I don't know why they get it wrong so often! The gym is very small and minimal equipment, fine if you just want a CV workout but nothing more.

Location is very ideal for first timer like me and my friend. Its in the center so its super easy to get to known tourist landmarks, restaurants and shopping. We appreciate the warm and friendly reception of their staff. Also love the room given to us its a corner room, and cery spacious.

I used another ID card for my NTUC membership in key holder to keep the lights on, when we ask for room cleaning service.. somehow who ever cleaned the room took an interest of the card and took it. I ask about it during our check out, the lady check us out said se will follow up on the cleaner and send us a note but I think forgot about it all together..

Definitely the location which was perfect. Just one step out from the hotel, the Historical Cafe Central places in the corner. Also, just after 1 sec. little walk you can reach the metro station. Breakfast was really satisfying which include different type of products. I liked the egg with avocado on the roasted bread and ate each morning without boring. Also we enjoyed the sauce which include wasabi, honey, mustard etc(? I wonder all ingredients for try). Thanks to the Cook :) So if you will visit, you can leave the hotel each morning with full stomach with joy.

During our 3 nights stay we did not experienced unlucky conditions. When I am thinking of the possible bothering subjects I can only mention the air conditioning with limited control. When we were out of room, most probably for energy efficiency, heating was been arranging for low centigrade degrees. A Cold Room is welcoming you after charming city tour. If your vacation term, Vienna’s weather condition is cold, you can be unhappy about this. We surprised and disappointed about this however did not dramatize, continue to enjoy.

The location is really central in the Inere Stadt, very near the Cathedral & the Museum Quarter and restaurants and cafés. The room was a Superior Room on the 5th floor with double windows, so quiet until about 7 am on weekdays when the traffic starts, but that was ok for us as we tend to get up early. It was a spacious, comfortable room with a very good bathroom.

The TV channels are mainly German- speaking but we didn't go to Vienna to watch TV, but you would expect a more International choice. The room was a bit warm and the air con was switched off.

if you arriving to hotel you meet with very very friendly personal they do for you everything what possible.i was in this hotel more times personal not much changes this is very good sign. Breakfast is more as exzellent in this hotel. Fresh everything and you can order warm food,they made like you ask and very tasty,super friendly personal in restaurant to.i can just recommend this hotel,4 star but service is 5.

price is couple hours change,if you choice this hotel better book earlyer,last minute should more 100€ cost.
