Comfortable bedroom, spacious room, personally we would prefer a walk in shower which is not available but we put up with shower over bath as generally everything else is perfect for us when catching a flight. Excellent buffet breakfast that is maintained no matter what time you arrive. Reception staff are friendly and resolved an issue we had with our room very quickly.

The new dessert menu is not as nice as former offering. Paper cups for tea/coffee in the bedrooms, though we asked for china and it was provided.

This hotel is just what you need if you are making a pit stop in Sofia on a longer drive. It may not be centrally located, but it's convenient for driving through and offers free and safe parking on premises. And you will not sleep as well anywhere else - the beds and the bedding are top notch and will give you the best rest you've ever had. The buffet breakfast was very reasonably priced considering the plentiful options to choose from, and kids ate for free. The shaded outdoor restaurant area makes you feel as if you are not in the expo area but out in nature, and our kids especially appreciated the small playground.

The hotel is great. It is modern, elegant and very clean. The rooms are big; the beds very comfortable and the bathroom new and spotless. Easily accessed if you drive to Sofia as it is right next to the motorway. The restaurant has a decent variety of dishes for a hotel restaurant and the food is very tasty, the service efficient. I particularly liked the fact that one can sit and relax in its small, surrounded by green trees and bushes yard and enjoy a drink there. Breakfast was very good; We did not feel there was anything missing from what we usually have for breakfast. I have already marked it with a heart in booking so that I can easily find it and rebook whenever I find myself in Sofia again.

We had booked transfer from the airport to the hotel and we were told that the driver would be waiting for us inside the airport holding a label. However, when we arrived, there was no one there. We truly thought they had forgotten about it. We called the hotel and they told us that the driver was waiting in his van, outside, in the taxi area. Indeed, he was. Yet, we shouldn't have needed to call them and look for our driver, either he should have been waiting inside with the label as we had been told, or we should have been given different instructions.

The hotel is very tranquil- the rooms are quiet , comfortable, spacious and very clean. Never seen such a clean hotel carpet, well done. They have a fabulous lush garden on the back with tables , chairs, and shadow, an oasis in the midst of the busy Tsarigradsko shose. The Front Desk staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Housekeeping should not try to enter the rooms whilst the guest is inside.The orange juice for breakfast was diluted with water, not acceptable.The fried calamari I had were undercooked with too much salt , the tomatoes in the salad were peeled tomatoes. The restaurant definitely much improving.

Once again this hotel is on the ball, the staff are both friendly and professional with many speaking english. The hotel is clean, tidy and well appointed to a high standard. It is also located a very short walk away from the Metro system which makes it an ideal place to explore the whole of Sofia from. The restaurant staff were of great assistance in accommodating us for a small birthday party, even though they were busy with a private party anyway. The hotel also has a private garden and outside area even though it is within a city location.

The room was amazing, exactly as shown on the photos. The breakfast was a delicious buffet, with a huge selection of anything you could have wanted. Parking was right next to the hotel (free). Everything was beautifully designed, from the common areas to the rooms. All in all, 10/10 would recommend.

The cleaning services were just "adequate". Towels were not changed, not once in the five days we were there, even though we left them on the floor, toiletries were not replenished. The room was cleaned and tidied up, but nothing else. We informed the reception which was very helpful with everything we wanted.

I loved the bathtub and the TV had USB port, something that sometimes is missing in hotel rooms. The last time I was guest at the Best Western hotel chain, I told the staff I wanted a TV with USB port and that is important for me. Sadly the USB was missing. This time it was all 100/100

Everything was in order, I do not see any room for improvements. Maybe if only the price was a little lower, but if the rooms are as good as this, money is no issue. I prefer to have comfort, that is why I choose this brand.

It has a large parking lot. Close to the airport and close to the highway. Comfortable bed. The lobby has nice seating areas and free coffee.

The wifi was super slow. The wifi was too slow to work so I used my own mobile data. That is super inconvenient for travelers from abroad, for this price I would expect good internet. The restaurant was rented out for a private party at night and the music was so loud it felt like a disco in my room and I couldn't sleep. Luckily it didn't go on until late. But I had rented an expensive room to work and sleep early, which I couldn't do. Also, there was no desk to sit at with a laptop.

Excellent buffet breakfast (tho more than 1 coffee machine would have been appreciated), good WiFi, TV with English news channels and HDMI connection for Netflix on our computer, comfortable bed, quiet room, easy walk to Metro, airport van pick up, water cooker, elevator

Fridge didn't work (and would have been useless anyway since there's no power to the room if your room card isn't in the slot), curtains could have been wider and denser to block the early morning sun

Rooms are very nice, spacious, and clean. Bed was a true king sized bed and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of foods, staff was very friendly, and the price was very reasonable.

Unfortunately, the AC didn't work in the hotel, as a technician was not available (it was a holiday weekend) to switch the hotel facilities from heating to AC, despite the hot day. The lady at the front desk, however, was very helpful and understanding and offered and another room right away that was much cooler.
