Best Western Terminus Hotel

Staff, in the main were very helpful. Location was excellent for buses, trams, metro etc. For sightseeing and Paradise Mall we used the Metro.

Small things let the hotel down. For example, our fridge didn't work . We were given various excuses until the next day when someone came and fixed it. Breakfast was ok but no variation. We had other issues but I won't go into those. Didn't like the location at night. Recommend using taxis at night.

We stayed for 5 days, and everything was great: super friendly staff, always smiling and willing to help; very clean premise; bed comfort - beyond expectations! Location of the hotel is a 20-25 minute walk from the very center, and around 5-7 by metro or tram. The central train and bus station are right across the road.

Would be nice to have a more varied breakfast (loved the coffee though!). The shower cabin door in our room didn't close tightly so the water leaked onto the floor every time we showered but I'm hoping it got fixed. Other than that, nothing to complain about whatsoever.

Very well located for rail and bus station. Easy access to central Sofia via metro. Clean, comfortable and good value.

Breakfast area small and was rather chaotic so maybe avoid peak time. Hotel let us leave luggage but be mindful there are no checks or tags to avoid others taking your bag.

Cozy and clean hotel. The stuff was very friendly and helpful, they offered to make me breakfast for my early trip and let my friend check in before my arrival. The room was nice, clean and warm. The breakfast was simple but had everything and was tasty. They cleaned the room every day. We also had a kettle in the room so you can make tea. Next to the hotel you have a metro station and a tram stop.

We left always one card in the room so the fridge would work (we had some food there that we didn't want to go bad). Even though we turned all the lights off before leaving the cleaning personnel always took the card out when they cleaned, and one time they even took the card away. Not a big issue but still. Also one time we got a towel that had some marks that weren't washed off. The neighbourhood where the hotel is is not the best in town but it's okay, we didn't have too many issues on the streets.

hotel is really nice, clean, comfortable. personal is friendly, they checked us in earlier-thanks them! breakfast is good.

cleaning service. first day cleaning personal didn’t though the garbage. second day they didn’t take used towels, they didn’t make up the bed, didn’t clean cups and glasses. was disappointed

The room was very comfortable and well-maintained. Bed, chairs, toilet facilities all seem new. The location, even though not in the city center, is directly next to metro, tram and bus stations so you can get to the center in 10 mins. The neighborhood is very calm outside the busy part of sofia which is a very big plus for me. The staff is very friendly, helpful and always smiling. Breakfast is also very generous.

The only thing that can be improved is the cleaning service which comes during the day. Their cleaning was not very good. Mostly what they did was just replace the towels and fix the bed.

room with TV, air con, small fridge and (locked) safe, bathroom with spacious shower cabin. location opposite of central station and tram stop was good for moving around (as the area around the hotel does not offer that much). staff especially at breakfast service was working diligently to keep up with busy hours in the morning. water boiler in the room (+ tea and coffee).

for a longer stay little to no shelves to store clothes (only couple of hangers). breakfast buffet area quite small so that two guests can hardly take things at the same time plus only one coffee machine available.

Excellent location right next to the Sofia Central Rail and Bus Stations. The bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable that we have slept on in Europe overall. The room was very spacious. The staff were quite friendly and recommended us an excellent local Bulgarian restaurant to try out. The breakfast buffet was adequate with several different options. The WIFI was fast and consistent, plenty good for streaming videos and working online.

The hotel was quite pricey by Bulgarian standards, but you can't beat the convenience of the location.

If you're traveling by bus - this hotel is the ideal place to stay - just across the street from the bus station. Room conditions are great! What you see in photos are actually the rooms you'll be staying in. Totally recommend for one-two night stand.

Communication issue. We planned to arrive at the hotel at 8 in the morning (it's too early for check-in), so we asked the hotel whether we should book one more day or we can just get the early check-in for the additional fee. We've been told that for 20EUR we will be able to check-in at 8 in the morning. When we arrived - it turned out that early check-in is available only if there's any available room in the hotel (which is kind of logical, but there was no available room at that day), so we still had to wait till 14 for the check-in. If we knew about this "check-in available only if there's any room" thing beforehands - we would just book our room for another day.

We were here because of Imagine Dragons concert, which was freaking awesome by the way. The hotel is very well placed, you have all the transport lines available in just 2-3 minutes walking. Metro, Bus, Tram, anything. The hotel has a private parking lot. It was clean and comfy. Breakfast was very simple but very good and tasty. Personal were helpful and hospitable. Really good quality/price ratio. If I want to visit Sofia again or have anything to do here, for sure I'll come back to this place.

Nothing really. Just, being so close to the Central Railway Station of Sofia, sometimes maybe, you'll find some strange people near by and when you will take the metro.
