Mercure Paris Levallois

We booked two rooms as we are family of 5. Both rooms were clean, comfortable with very nice bathrooms. Coffee machine, small fridge, TV, hair drier, desk, windows that you can open, air condition, always hot water - everything you need in a hotel room. Breakfast was also nice, not a large selection but what is offered is of exceptional quality and very tasty. WiFi worked well too. On the map, the hotel looked much closer to inner Paris than it actually is. But, it takes about ~10 minutes of slow walk to reach a metro line 3 which takes you to Paris downtown.

The only thing I can think of is that one of our magnetic keys would stop working every day of our stay.

Staff! Located near a metro station (line 3). Maybe a little far for the historical centre but a good and quite district. A lot of cafes around. 15 minutes by a walk from the shuttle-bus stop to the Beauvais airport. Good and tasty breakfast.

Actually - all was by expectations I would only like the hotel is a little bit closer to the center of the city

My daughter and I had a lovely time at Mercure Hotel Levallois, the staff were the highlight of our stay, they were all so friendly and accommodating, the lady that looks after the breakfast was just amazing and she would bring us freshly baked croissants from the oven. We highly recommend this hotel with such an amazing team of people running it. The room was lovely, clean, comfortable beds, nice shower. The area is nice and safe with facilities very near by. I like show clean this place it. I also liked that it was close to about a 10min walk to the train station and only a 5 min walk to the bus station (we utilized the bus more since it was closer with our suitcases). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and always available to use.

You don't have control of the room temperature. The heater was the only thing that I was able to modify (hot or hotter or off). They don't let you turn on the AC and I went on a hot day. They tell you to open up the window if it is too hot and there is no screen to shield from Bugs that come in with the window open.

The room was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and well kept. Bed was quite comfortable. The staff was very friendly, spoke English for these language challenged tourists and were very helpful. They arranged our taxi for the airport and provided plastic bags for our rain drenched clothes to be safely packed! They also made stellar recommendations for dining in the area.

Nothing! Everything we needed for from the hotel was provided with great care.

Staff was extremely nice helpful and accommodating from booking, check in, calling a cab, getting an iron and board, checking out. I personally like Levallois, it’s a nice, beautiful and clean city on the outskirts of Paris.

The room is small for two people to move around each other, with suitcases open trying to get ready. A little dark because we were overlooking the patio on the first floor. The floor of the bathroom and the fittings of the shower need a deep clean.

We love our stay in Mercure Paris Levallois. We have the privilege room 12. I love the room , spacious and clean. There is a coffee maker with coffees, sugar, and milk to use. Shampoo, conditioner, and liquid handwash are good quality of product. Bathrobe and slippers provided. Easy access to metro train and supermarket. The location is not a busy road. The food is amazing. The staff are very accommodating and friendly.

The location is very good, quiet and safe neighborhood, close to shuttle bus to Beauvais airport. The stuff is kind and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The reception works 24/7 and quick check-out is possible.

They require 150 euro (for 3 nights) as a deposit, although we paid prior. We were prepared to pay only 17 euro as a city tax. Now we are waiting for refund. It would be better to be mentioned that a deposit is required. The air conditioning was a bit loud.

The staffs. From Alexandre, the hotel manager, the receptionists, namely, Agathe, Fatimatou, Nicole, Moulai, Yanis, Maya and Fatima with her housekeeping team. These people are simply great. They always make your stay homey. The aircon. It's working very fine. The lowest temperature you can choose on the control panel is 19°C, . And another clever thing, when you open the window, it stops automatically, therefore not wasting electricity. The brightness. The room has enough light that you don't struggle to read or to work on the pc, even when you pull the curtains or during the evening. The cleanliness. When you enter the room, it always smells clean, neutral and fresh. The bathroom towels and the bed linens are always perfectly white and smelling fresh. The breakfast. Quality breakfast. There's a bit of everything. Some cold cuts, regional cheese products, fresh fruits and vegetables (today, we got some watermelon and melon), dairy products, french pastries, cereals, bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs, etc. We are satisfied and started our day well. As usual, we shalt return! By the way, wish we could give 15 points instead of 10.
