Distance from tourist attractions and the view of the Eiffel tower from the bedroom window. The receptionist when we checked in was very kind, provided early check in, always very friendly, speaking English and answering all our questions. The bathroom and bed linen were very clean with no stains or hair.

Small and old towels, there is no minibar in the room and there was a lot of dust under the bed.

The room looks good. It was clean though we had a little visitor. A separate washroom and bathroom which is also helpful incase we'll be using it at the same time. Breakfast was decent. Loved how fresh their croissants are. The guy receptionist (forgot to ask his name) is very accommodating, friendly and is really a great help. Speaks perfect English which is really helpful for tourists like us. Would love to be back again.

Only one lift was working when we checked-in which was actually fine however, during breakfast hours where everyone's coming in, it gets a little busy and the lift is really taking time.

Great location - 15 minutes of walking from the nearest tube and the RER train stations. The room was cleaned daily and the same were the towels changed. Quiet and quite comfortable for the size and money - just for a few days stay. Good breakfasts. The staff was very helpful and friendly. No problems with communication in English, and, as I heard, Spanish. Parking with acces to the elevator and hotel reception.

It wasn't most convenient to get on a bunk bed, so some people may struggle. There was only one lift working so you could either queue, or use the stairs - not a problem for us, but again, it may be for some. Not much space to hang the clothes - at least for three of us.

The room is clean and well insulated. Since it's without air-con, in summer we have to close the windows not to let the hot air goes inside. The staff is friendly and helpful. Another thing we like is the safe and reasonable private parking price for parisian standard.

None. It's best if you stay and come here by car or by bus. Since it's a quite far walking distance to Metro and during canicule/ heatwave, be prepared as it can be unbearable to reach the public transport.

Location: on the River Seine and could see the Eiffel Tower form our room. Safe neighbourhood (definitely posh towards Neuilly), a lot of green and areas were you can have a stroll after dinner. Good small bistrots in the surroundings. Well served by public transports. The room was spotless clean and the shower was working properly (don't laugh, I stayed at more expensive hotels than this where the room had a poorly operating shower)

Not really an improvement, just an advice: bring with you a small towel and a travel hair-dryer, as there is no hair-dryer in the room and they give you only one towel. After all, it's a budget hotel!

Absolutely everything. From friendly and very helpful staff to very comfortable and clean room. Plenty of towels at our disposal and efficient cleaning lady supplying more on the morning if needed. Fun upper bed for children in family rooms. Convenient grocery store located just outside and opened till late. Safe surrounding. Nice few restaurants a few minutes away .

20 minutes walk minimum to closest metro. Ligne 1 Esplanade de la Défense,(second last stop) however enjoyable morning stroll out of the hotel or on the way back if not raining of course !

Everything was fantastic. Very friedly and helpfull staff. Rooms are very clean. They change towels and bed cover very often. They have good solution, if we talk about the bathroom. First, the shower and toilet are separate. They are made for some kind of plasic ( walls) so, is very easy to clean, because is one surface without the joints. Maybe it looks a little bit cheap, but we should remember that is budget hotel ;) If You want to see marbles, go to the Louvre or Orsay Museum :)

The smells on the corridor. Probably people order food.

Staff were excellent, most with fluent English. Those staff who spoke just the mother tongue could understand my broken French well enough. Taxi to most central Paris places about 50 Euros each way; 20 Euros to La Defense RER/Metro station each way. Taxis ordered from hotel reception. Breakfasts were excellent value for money.

Last minute booking. Suited us perfectly for a place to sleep and park our car. Compact sleeping, our daughter loved the bunk bed. Shower and toilet was small but again, clean and did the job. Bonus was seeing the top of the Eiffel Tower from our room. Didn’t eat or use restaurant. Staff were very helpful

Nothing. We got what we paid for

It had everything I needed, so that was just great. It was a perfect cheap room for 2 nights. I had a nice view and even for the 2 nights i was staying there, they cleaned the room in between. The breakfast was good aswell. Not too many choices but enough for a good breakfast.

The bed was quite hard :) that wasn't great. The only other thing was that there was only 1 (out of 2) working elevator so that resulted in some waiting but the stairs are available aswell ofcourse.
