Hotel Espace Champerret

Excellent service from the staff, very friendly and helpful

Breakfast was very poor. I went at 7:30am the day of the marathon and there were no croissants/fresh bread at that time. Only option was very small plain bread or some cereal

It was a great price, close to all the sites. The rooms are compact, that’s understood. I’d like to say this is a place where “you” compromise on space allocation. We had three beds upstairs, one down. Tv was downstairs. So was the bathroom. Sounds weird. However, it was clean. Bathroom was excellent! Shower had awesome pressure. Staff were excellent. Paris sights close, wanna see some Paris life step outside. It’s a perfect spot.

We were a group of 4, we get along, so it was fine. But know that the space is cosy.

The room, for 4 people, had a loft, there was plenty of space and the beds were very comfy. Everything very clean. The person in the lobby was friendly and helpful. There were 2 restaurants just downstairs. One Chinese and one Kebab, and plenty of other restaurants nearby. Also, 2 groceries just a minute away, and a pharmacy right in front. The metro was about 100 feet away. We were there the weekend, and because of it were able to park in the street for free. During weekdays, you have to go to a parking lot. We did not use it, but I know they cost about 26 euros a day. You might be able to get a 2 or 3 days discount in some of them, so call ahead.

Really, this was a great place. The one thing I would have liked would a been a short-time parking space in front of the lobby of the hotel to get the luggage out of the car, one of those 10 minutes parking spaces reserved for the hotel.

The staff and the fact that it's very close to the metro station. It's a place where I usually stay when I come to Paris.

The noise (you can hear everything that happens outside your room and I had very noisy neighbours who were talking loud and shouting at 10-11 PM) and the fact that the furniture and the room, overall, is old. A refurbishment in the rooms (wallpaper and furniture) would be much appreciated.

this is my second time i love ithe cosy neighborhood. there is a metro station, bakery, pharmacy and many restaurants next to it. i will definitely come back and will also suggest to my friends.

Really good location, easy walk to main visit places, metro station really close, supermarkets and restaurants around, room is little but clean and simple, enough for a city break, good breakfast but no variety

Very noisy. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs.

There's a nice small backyard, nice reception, the room small but comfy, AC working good, near metro 👍

Price, and quite close to a metro station to move around the city. Room was ok. Staff was polite and nice.

I felt it was not very clean, I found a few hairs in the bed and bathroom on our first few minutes there.
