Center Parcs Villages Nature Paris

The facilities at the resort are fantastic with a short drive to Disneyland. They cottage was clean and very comfortable with everything we needed.

There was clearly a rat infestation near the bin areas which meant we couldn’t open the patio doors

Great facilities, 15 mins from Disneyland. Lots for the kids to do. Good size house to stay in.

Restaurants, the shop, and additional activities were very expensive. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. No options for additional dietary needs (gluten free, dairy free etc)

The place is very good and staff were lovely 😍 and Helpful. Very nice place for relaxing. The shop had everything for self catering. 😉

The cleaning needs to be done thoroughly.the microwave was very dirty inside. The dishwasher as well was dirty and smelly.The toilet was clean inside but the strong smell of the urine was so bad. I believe the cleaner only sweeps the floor without mopping. Hygiene is important and needs to be improved. Wasn't impressed about the cleaning. The doors from the bathroom and toilet was so dirty.

The villa was spacious, good facilities however we didn’t realise that there wasn’t an oven. made the mistake of buying pizzas to cook to discover we only had a microwave

shower didn’t drain well in the main bathroom, but wasn’t a huge issue as we used the bath/shower in other bathroom.

Beautiful , stunning location, the apartment had stunning views and had everything you needed inside , excellent supermarket on site with a wide variety of food choices, same prices as at home , lots to do and see ! We were on the top floor, there was a lift.

The cottage although was well equipped and organised , I felt could have been a little cleaner in places, the bathrooms/kitchen and bedding lovely and clean, I wonder if it is expected that some of the the cleaning is done by the previous guests, In our apartment young children must have been before as there were lots of finger prints on the glass , tiles , walls .

check in procedure. we were waiting a long time as they insist on having the physical card that was used for the booking. Whilst I had the card, it is a secure card that does not have the number printed on and this caused massive issues and delays.

The pool was fantastic with top quality slides but make sure your little ones are big enough to go on them (many need 6years old and 1.2m+), saw some upset families. All the activities were great too, although expensive at £20-£30 each per person which adds up when you book them by the dozen.

The main way around the park is by road without footpath. Whilst vehicles are rare we did see a car coming around the corner at 20+ with children walking in the road, seemed unsafe for a place with lots of children and could be fixed so easily. Room was fine although more dusty than one would hope, also both the shower and the bath leaked but maintenance fixed them both quickly. The activities were great but little entertainment that wasn't an activity, would have loved to see more than one 30-60min show.

The pools are great when they aren't crowded by people coming in for the day, the waterslides are good fun and lifeguards very attentive. The site itself is wonderfully kept and the park and indoor play area were great. There is a farm to see and pet the animals and the horse riding was well organised. Good base for Disney very close, but be aware not all staff at Disney realize that village nature has the early magic hours we had to argue this and show the staff the website everytime we went. We rented bikes and rode around the site but be aware cars driving around all the time which was a little annoying with young kids. Overall, facilities great, accomodation and staff could be alot better. Would not return again.

The comfort cottage was in poor condition kitchen cupboards hanging off, it was dirty, floor coming up and the most uncomfortable beds you can imagine (their was 6 of us and all said the how bad they were) the kitchen is a diaster no worktop space, a dishwasher that kept falling out and the microwave/oven that didn't work. The houses themselves were far smaller than I thought they would be and very on top of each other (compared to a English centre parcs) we complained various times but nothing. The village also sells day passes in the summer and so many of the days the swimming pools were so crowded and busy it was a joke for the money we paid for this place. For the money you pay it's not worth it.

This was a great place to stay. Only 6 mins drive from Disneyland Paris and you could park at the park for free, which made our Disney days really easy. There is a shuttle bus too if you're not driving. But the hotel itself was also exceptional - beautiful grounds, the apartment was really comfy and clean with great facilities for self-catering, or restaurants on site. The Italian restaurant was excellent. There was also a supermarket and take-out patisserie for breakfast. Apartments have balconies to watch the natural surroundings and wildlife. There are so many things to do on site - a farm with pony riding, forests to explore, pedalos, bikes, 10 pin bowling, games arcades, even an escape room game! The highlight was the water park though, which is warm year round because it's geothermally heated. Amazing slides, rapids, a wave pool, hot tubs - all in a tropical setting with real plants. The architecture is awesome, the staff were super-friendly and efficient, and we had no problems at all during our one-week stay.

Nothing really - this was a terrific place to stay, we loved it. But make sure you select the East entrance on your sat nav, ours struggled and took us to the other entrance which is for day visitors to the water park!

We had booked Two-Bedroom Apartment VIP (4 People). Everything was excellent! We were travelling by car - two adults, two children. Because of them we have chosen to stay at this place, since it's very close to the Disneyland. It takes around 10 min to get there. At first, I was a bit worried, because most of the reviews about this place, unfortunately were unpleasant. But I was nicely surprised: check-in went smoothly at the drive-in reception, the rooms, bathroom, etc., were clean. At the other reception and at the restaurant the staff spoke English well enough, so we didn't have any problems anywhere.

We didn't go to the aquapark, so can't say anything about it.
