Aparthotel Adagio Access La Défense - Place Charras

Convenient place. Close to La Defense & Courbevoie so really convenient to travel if you need to go somewhere. Close to lots of shops, bakeries, groceries so you don't have to worry about foods. Comfy bed and clean enough room. It's a n apartment so you have to clean up yourself (which we actually don't mind).

Though convenient to metro/trains, but way too far to the airport (Orly or CDG, takes around 40~45 mins to get there). Not really recommend if you are like us, to take a very early flight (6:40) (it is highly likely that you will miss the flight if you are not up and out by 4:40 to catch the 6:40 flight. The apartment has a small but functional kitchen, which we like it. If it were doubled the size, it would go from "good" to "great". The walls are rather thin, we can hear the apartment next door or upstair once in a while, or the bar/restaurant below (we're staying at Floor 3).

The studio was exactly as described. Everything was working properly, nice new sponge, tea towel, lots of crockery and cutlery. I could have cooked a proper meal. But there’s no need as the bakery below is amazing. For 1 person it was fairly spacious. Lots of storage space. Staff was nice and welcoming. I can’t fault the place.

Tiny details: the plugs were in the wrong place for me who had a very short cable.

The rooms were quite clean and well maintained when we arrived. The kitchenettes were well equipped with all necessary utilities. Hair dryer and towels were also provided. Right next to the building stands a bus stop and the metro station is only 15 minutes walk away.

We booked for a room with 4 single beds for 4 people. However, we were met with an apartment with 2 single beds and a sofabed. The staff was very helpful in providing us with assistant and a better option for us. A park with playground is situated opposite side of the road from the building. Hence, it was quite loud during both day and night. There is no air conditioner in the room, but a fan is provided.

Very close to La Defense metro stop for a quick ride to all the city sights. staff was great with an early check in after a long flight and a late check out for an evening train. Apartment was close to restaurants and other amenities. The apartment and bathroom are small (expected for Paris). Bed was comfortable and kitchen was well equipped for two people. Great value for Paris.

You could hear neighbors through the walls. WiFi definitely needs improvement…not reliable enough on the 10th floor for someone that needs it for work purposes while traveling.

Very clean place. Amazing for the standard in Paris. Small kitchen, all equipped. Cool view, Helpful staff. Comfy room and good bed. No carpet. Would definitely stay there again.

Just the corridors were a bit outdated and had carpet on it. Smell a bit old and it is a bit far from the metro station, but that I knew already.

The view of the sunset. It is a nice quiet place to rest for a few nights, especially after having a long day. Receptionists were friendly and helpful.

That there was only one chair. Miscommunication of where the breakfast buffet was. The water machine in the lobby wasn't working.

The room was nice and accommodating. The beds was comfortable and the toilet was clean and nice. The view was absolutely amazing. We could see the Eiffel Tower (although from afar) but still amazing.

The room needed to have Air conditioning!! Although there was fans available they were not enough and didn’t cool the room as the room got really hot and stuffy at night.

The room is very clean, comfortable beds and goodn pillows. The kitchen table is perfect for working. Very clean and neat.

The balcony surface and floor outside needs some attention. Tenants/guests sit outside smoking and talking loudly. Despite closed doors it's still audible. The carpets in the corridors really need cleaning. It looks.scruffy.

The stay was wonderful. Absolutely love the La Defense city view. All employees and including management had the best communications for hotel updates and notifications. They speak all languages as well. I lived in a city before and there is nothing for me to dislike.

The staff were exceptional, spoke english and were super friendly special thanks to Lois. We had an issue with the room and they offered us an alternative which was much better. The matter was resolved swiftly. Breakfast was simple yet fresh and tasty.
