Nest Paris La Défense - MGallery

I liked that it was located in La Defense, where I worked, and close to the Esplanade de la Defense metro station on the M1 line. The staff was courteous and professional. They knew how to speak many languages. The hotel placed two bottles of cold water in my refrigerator located in my room daily.

I was not too fond of the fact that there was no top sheet on the bed. The bed only had a duvet cover. This is common in France, but I still prefer a top sheet

The room didn’t have bath tub!

We really liked the interior design of the hotel and rooms. The staff (without exception) was super friendly and nice. The rooms were large enough, and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of various foods, although someone that likes a warm breakfast (sausages, etc). may find the offering too little.

The bar was the biggest disappointment. The bar was not open during the weekend, and when it was open, the ambiance was not what we were hoping for.

The Room was very nice however the air-conditioner did not work properly so the room was slightly hot during the nights. The breakfast is nice, but not exceptional. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the Starbucks outside the hotel was a bonus! There is also a nice shopping Centre in the area.

The hotel is very close to a metro station however it is in the business district, so it is a couple of stops away from the main tourist attractions. It is not a major issue though.

Front desk was staffed by bilingual and very helpful staff, rooms were cleaned very well daily, breakfast was great.

It would have been nice to have a desk and chair, shower was a bit awkward. Bathroom sink was clogged and drained very very slowly. Called to mention but was never addressed.

We were particularly impressed by the friendliness off the staff, the excellent breakfast with a variety of fresh fruit and top quality Charcuterie, Salmon and cheese. The room was very quiet, well appointed, very clean and the bed was absolutely superb. The MGallery Nest Paris La Defense truly lives up to its 5* status. we would definitely recommend it to all our friends.Better

Better Signposted from the Metro station.

The room, breakfast, bed and staff were all great. The room, bed and bathroom were very big and clean and we found a second bed for our child as well as double king size bed - both very comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious.

The is a requirement to have a 100 Euros warranty blocked per day of stay and it's not mentioned at the time of booking. This can be a challenge if people travel with a very strict budget as the sum isn't small. For us, it was 300 Euros for the 3 nights we had booked.

Comfortable room and location just 2 minutes from metro station. Quiet room. Breakfast 28 euro is too expensive. We had breakfast in the mall near the hotel.

Lack of luxurious feeling due to unpersonalized staff. The young staff is friendly but they don't give us the ultimate welcome feeling when we arrived.
