Fraser Suites Paris La Défense

The hotel is conveniently located near metro line 1, which takes you into Paris. Even though the rooms are a bit dated we were pleasantly surprised with the size (50sqm) as most hotels inside Paris have very small rooms. The fridge was filled with 3-4 drinks (juice and coke) and the Nespresso machine was available and came with 4 free capsules. The hotel does not provide room service however there are several places to get food at walking distance and also a shop where you can get water and snacks. Overall we had a nice stay, definitely great value in terms of price/size/location. I would definitely recommend this property, especially if you’re traveling with family and kids.

The location is excellent: silent, relaxing area and just a few minutes from the sight seeing attractions. comfortable room. modern. clean. good for families or businesses travelers.

The location was great near to the station. The room was comfy and quiet. The balcony spaciousness. the staff was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Yasser for his help during my stay. also Mr. Aziz during my arrival.

arriving at the hotel is really confused, I lost 2 times to reach there because there is no sign in the street to let you know the main gate of the hotel. during the heck in there is 1 old lady who was really rude in terms of behavior She's supposed to be kinder to the guests because she represents the hotel management and with all due respect it was a bad start but the others changed my view of the staff. I request during my booking earlier to get a late check out because my flight will be @10 pm and they couldn't, i was looking for only 3 to 4 hours. finally, they blocked 1000 Euro from my credit card which is very high and unfortunately they it didn't return back yet.

Super close to Metro. Well managed facilities. Free use of Washing machine. (Ask for coins at the front)

Bad breakfast. It should be ok if it was 8euro but was 20 or something. Small fitness. Hanger is so weak. Can’t hold my jacket. Access is not good if you are approaching from la defense by car. You have to pass by and make a u turn at 1km away. It took me additional 10min. considering traffic. Maybe that’s why Uber drivers are not coming.

The apartment is great, ample and well equipped. The location is also convenient with a metro line that goes straight to the city center (when it runs). The underground parking is also very convenient if you are coming by car.

On the other hand, while the location is convenient for commuting to the city center, there is no much to do around. Supermarkets, restaurants, etc, everything is far away from there at a minimum of 15-20 minutes walking, and mostly business oriented. The entrance to the garage and the signaling are so confusing that all the guests were struggling. The hotel seems to be a nice place for business customers that are coming to the area.

Security level and nice district with plenty of food and cafes and receptions at night time was helpful and supportive

This hotel allows a family of four. I had two children and other hotels wanted me to book 2 rooms even if each room has two beds already. I was like get out of here. My two kids only 7 and 9. Why I need another room?

A bit far away fr city center. Not much around. Nearest grocery store is 15 mins walk.

I like the location near la Defense and metro station 1 (esplanade de La Défense) The staff is nice and its a familial residence.

Adding some washing machines or installing some in the big appartments.. because when you are on vacation you will come late to sleep, and the washing area will be locked at 10:30 so no way to do it..

3 minutes walk to esplanade metro station , 5 stops in metro to Champs-Élysées, one stop to Westfield Les 4 Temps MALL .

THE PERSON IN THE RESTAURANT DOWNSTAIRS REFUSED TO LET US HAVE BREAKFAST DUE OUR VACCINATION CERTIFICATE WAS WRITTEN IN ENGLISH, EVEN THOUGH I SHOWED HIM THAT WE HAD TWO DOSES , HE INSISTED TO HAVE IT IN FRENCH.
