Aparthotel Adagio La Défense Esplanade

Location is perfect and quite although it’s not easy to find by taxi - no car access Staff are polite Air conditioned Metro station is very close 3 mins Main grand RER station 10 mins walk near to Westfield mall with all facilities Kitchenette is fine with all stuff Washing ( Euro 5) and drying (Euro 2.5) services are available in the ground floor

No room services Toilet without bidet and separated from bathroom Internet was off for 2.5 days! Room is small for 2 adults and 2 childs

The location was great, really close to the metro M1, busses and RER I loved being on the Esplanade, and talking long walks. The Eifel Tower is visible between the tall buildings and at night it's magical. The rooms were like in the pictures & the beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some food for our small picky eater. The reception personnel was nice and helpful. The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find at first, it's not well positioned on google maps - it's on the other side of the Starbucks. Try to find Chantier Insurance agency on the map or the Accès piéton park Michelet 2 [Piéton] statue and you'll see the entrance.

Every time when we came back to the room, there was a weird-ish smell that went away after 2-3 minutes with AC or or with the windows opened.

The hotel it is more business as it is not into a touristic zone, but we liked it It was clean, quite, comfortable, with big room, and very good beds The metro station for M1 is very close and it 20 min you are at all central points. We waited for M1 max 3 min As we were there into the weekend and public holidays the restaurant around were closed, but very close you can find markets

From a mistake they accommodated somebody else in our room and we waited 1h30m in the reception to find out a solution In the end, Pascaline and Iaia were great and the problem was solved, We have received an apartment (upgrade, as we had booked a studio) and our stay was good

Excellent location a minute walk to M1 metro esplanade de la défense which takes you directly within few minutes to the center of Paris (Charles DeGaulle Étoile = arc de Trimophe and champs-Elysées) or u can walk to defense or take the M1 to ride the RER a toward disney, Val d'europe, Versailles... and super money to quality value. it's an appart hotel, so you can bring your food and water. u can also have delivery with a convenient delivery station in the reception area. plus if u have laundry there is a laundry room. super benefits for Family with kids.

Maybe some more attention to derails of the cleanliness of the rooms

Room was functional with everything we needed. The kitchen has pots, pans, bowls, plates, forks and spoons, in addition to fridge, stove, and an electric kettle. The unit has two bedrooms with doors which were good for us. Location is a little tricky to find at first. We took the RER from CDG airport, and had to walk 10 minutes from La Defense RER station. But once we figured it out, the location was quite convenient. It is 2 minutes from the metro station, with restaurants and shops nearby. If you are using taxi/uber, it is best to let the front desk call it for you. I think a random uber driver might get lost. Front desk was very helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Location is great, veryclose to the M1 metro and RER The room was clean and beds comfortable Shower was very good Breakfast was basic but satisfying, missing some vegetables. Late check out was not abailable but luggage was kept at the luggage room. Checkin was somewhat confused, received a room which was not ready, but it was mitigated quickly. The staff was very nice and helpfull. Would return to the hotel

The room was spacious, large windows with lots of light, very clean, comfortable beds, kitchenette with everything that was needed. The location was great, near to M1 metro station, easy to go to the center. The area (Esplanade de la Defense) was safe and beautiful, with lots of parks, shops and cafes.

The room had an old two bathroom system - one that had only a toilet, and the other had the sink and shower - it's kind of weird. (but the bathrooms were clean and good) The hotel entrance was a bit shabby, it made us worry that it wouldn't be nice, but it was.

Vey good location right to M1 station, nice area, walking distance to the commercial center with all kind of shops. Building access by code. Well equipped and confortable appartment with all you need for your family stay (enough storage cabinets, good quality bathrooms supplies, powerfull hairdryer, equipped kitchen, confortable chairs, tv in every room,..). Assistance by the repection available at any time.

24/7 reception. Very safe building. Reception was very helpful and friendly. Good and quiet location close to metro station.

For some odd reason, even though the reservation was made for 4 people (breakfast included), there they told us that it included only the 3 of us, so we had to pay 1 extra breakfast. I don't know if it was a misscommunication or a booking error/mistake.

The rooms were spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Very close to the metro station and RER A and also close to the centre. Good value for money. Breakfast was very good but a bit expensive. The staff were helpful and polite.

I would add some room cleaning for people who stay 4 or 5 days and change of towels and a bottle of water as welcome.
