there is no possibility to open the window in the room. lack of fresh air. there is no toilet seat brush. only one super market in the area, nothing is open on weekend mornings

Nice Location , 3 minutes from the metro ! Most Staff and Manager Friendly. Breakfast was Good and the staff in the breakfast hall was really nice and polite . Its a Budget hotel please keep that in Mind ! I will Surely Comeback !

I Booked a triple room with Breakfast included . When i arrived ..they asked me to pay the Breakfast for my son ( but he was the Third person ) in the hurry i paid . But after when i asked for clarification the Manager was very Friendly and understood the issue and Gave my money back . The Thing I didn’t like was The Reception Girl’s attitude . Before the Manager interviene . But after all OK. I will Surely Comeback !

Simple, comfortable, reasonably priced accomodation. Breakfast, vending machine, staff accommodated a late check out on last day.

Can't open window, close to busy road

Location is great. Just 5 minutes to subway. Insonorization is good - we didnt listen to other rooms or the street. It was quite clean and staff is nice. Breakfast buffet was okay.

The rooms are not quite big, including the bathroom. About breakfast, it was okay, but staff started removing the food 10/15 minutes before breakfast closing time. Only shower towel per person was provided. To us it was okay as it was only for one night stay. Beds are confortable, but I found it small (width). We had a small issue on check out. The staff was insisting we hadnt paid the city tax and luckly we had paid with card and kept the receipt, otherwise we would have paid twice. About this, the hotel should have a higher control.

Few meters to M1. 1 station to RER A that goes directly to Disney. Nice bar on Esplanade few meters away from the La Defense M1 head station. 1 towel per person changed daily. Thanks to Mohana and Andrew for their pleasant welcoming and hospitality during our stay!!! Big plus for them!

Bit small for a long stay, well enough for a 2-3 nights we’ve stayed having no big luggage. The windows can’t be opened, security reasons maybe, but better to have fresh sometimes:)

We loved the location (Paris La Defense is one of our favourite places), 5 min. to the metro station, 20 minutes walk (through the beautiful neighbourhood) to La Grande Arche de La Defense. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the view during our second stay was wonderful: we saw the river and even the Eiffel Tower from our room window. It was also good to know that the hotel takes fire safety seriously and regularly tests the system. Everything was clean. There wasn't a very varied selection at breakfast, but there were all the basic things like muesli, cheese and ham, butter, some fruit, some pastry, milk and yoghurt, eggs, tea and coffee and delicious bread, croissants and les crepes :) I will definitely stay at the same hotel if I go to Paris again, and I always recommend it to my friends.

What could be better: we were given only one towel per person per day. Usually one person is offered one smaller and one bigger towel, and I think this was the case in this hotel too when we stayed here in 2019. Maybe in January 2022 the hotel had staff shortage, so they reduced the number of towels. (For me, it would be better to have two towels per person, and to have them changed not every day, but every second day, for example). The staff, as I said, was very helpful, so they gave us additional towels when we asked.

I have stayed at this hotel before as i like the location for meetings in la defense and the views to the river are nice if you get a room at the front (i have both times) . its very close to line 1 on the metro which is one stop to the Grand Arche or a pleasant 15 min walk will get you there too. Plenty restaurants nearby. Area feels quite safe for lone female at night.

Rooms are a little tired but are clean. The windows don't open at all even a crack would be good i was on 11th floor so i appreciate you cant have them opening fully.

The place was clean, the staff was helpful, the bed was confy, the breakfast was good. Everything was ok. I'm not giving it a higher mark because I save the highest for something extraordinary. This was just ok.

The room was small and the hotel didn't offer clothes ironing services. Wish they had an electric outlet close to the bed.

Great friendly team in a convenient location - it is a budget hotel, to not exactly fancy, but it does what it says on the tin.

Some issues with the lifts, but these things happen.
