Appart'City Paris La Villette

Good location, very well connected to the center with metro line 5 (stops right in front of the hotel) - 10 mins to the Bastille. Small room, but comfortable bed and small but nice shower. The staff was very nice and helpful! Although our room faced the street, it wasn't noisy at all. There's a nice buffet breakfast if you choose (good coffee, frech croissant, cereal bread, pan au chocolat, egg, etc), but there's also a nice French bakery right on the corner (opening at 6 am), as well as a supermarket around the corner. :)

The room was smaller than expected.

We went fir a swim comp they let us check in early and also come backk fir a shower after at no extra cost ! Very friendly staff !!

The twin beds are so narrow !!! Laying on my back I couldn't even put my arms by my sides !! Also the room smelt of sewers but its Paris and to.be ho est it's a constant smell !!

The location is perfect, the metro "Ourcq" is right outside so you could get anywhere in Paris within about 30 minutes. The receptionsits were very lovely to us. The kitchen facilities in the room were what I expected; we had a microwave, a hob, a frying pan and a saucepan as well as the cooking utensils. I payed what it said I would have to pay online. The soundproofing in the room was amazing, it did not feel like we were in a hotel at all because we couldn't hear anyone else. Our window opened all the way which was useful when it was hot. There is a carrefour just around the corner, it take less than 1 minute to walk there so was very convienient. This is a brilliant place to stay if you're travelling on a budget and want somewhere you can cook your own food. There was plenty of storage room in the room too which was great.

The appartment wasn't as clean as I would have liked... it could do with a deep clean. Also, the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. The worst part of this stay was the lack of towels.. I was staying there with my little brother. We got 2 towels for our showers, and 2 other towels which were hand towels. We ended up having to use one of the hand towels as a tea towel in the kitchen and one on the floor in the bathroom because it got slippy when wet. That was inconvienient. We also got no handsoap in the bathroom which felt gross. Overall, my only real complaints are the lack of towels, uncomfortbale pillows an the cleanliness.

Location steps away to metro station, good tools for cooking, bed comfortable and big enough, the table to eat, toilet heater was great, even worked for drying clothes after laundry

The shower leaked, an electric outlet short circuited, the frying pans were kind of damage, an odor on the entrance hall to the apartment building,the toilet had stains

The rooms are very clean, tidy. The staff is very friendly. The location is excellent. For this price, I don't know if anyone can find a better hotel in Paris. I won't say anything about the bathroom, because I knew it would be small. Before I booked the hotel, I read the reviews and it was exactly what I expected. I don't think it's right to write a negative review because of a bathroom, when everyone knows before they pay, everyone reads reviews. I got exactly what I expected. I really recommended this Appart City Classic Paris La Villete to all the travellers want to go to Paris,france.We stay five days (dec.24,2023 to dec.28,2023)and we really enjoy ,comfortable, and satisfied.The staff are very kind and accomodating.And it’s very accessable to metro train -Ourq(1 minute walk from AppartHotel)to go around the City of paris even other part of france..Next time we book again here if we have a vacation in Paris ,in France.Thank You Appart City Classic Paris La Villete🥰🥰🥰

For improvement : we stay on five days much better put extra toilet paper .Because its only 2pcs.toilet paper for five days..and Put kitchen paper and Extra Rugs to dry the kitchen utensils after it wash..Thank You😀

I loved how homey it was! I felt so safe and looked after by the comfy bed, and the wonderful staff.

There was nothing I didn’t like!!

Beds were comfy, location was the best thing in my opinion. The girl at the reception was very friendly (morning staff)

The night staff was not friendly, we asked him about some pizza promotion they sent us and he was very rude saying they do not have a kitchen and do not know where we got that info. Also, the shower box is extremely small. Plus, was very hot and we asked for a fan so they gave us a box with a fan we had to build ourselves.

Very, very kind staff, a beautiful quite spacious room seemed to be recently refurnished, with a large window in a niche looking at the street (a 'parisean' view :) and a small kitchen (although the choice of restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries arround utterly minimised a need for such a useful and well equipped kitchen :)). An abundance of choice regarding food&drink, leisure&activities in the neighborhood. An excellent stay ♡

definitely was too hot in the room during our stay in 38° weather, luckily we had a window we could open but was still so hot! location is a bit far from central tourist places like the Eiffel Tower.
