Super Location, clean accommodation and the staff is really friendly and helpful. AC is very strong to the limit that you can’t use it because it turns the room to freezer in seconds.

Extremely small room and bed and I mean the word Extremely. Me and my wife were sharing 140 cm bed in almost 6 m2 room!!! Toilet is extremely small and very hard to get in and out!! They told us 2 bottles of water for free daily, then they asked us yo pay 🙂 They add laundry fees while we’ve never used it!!! Every night before you go upstairs to your room go activate your cards to be able to access your room, I don’t know why we need to do that on daily basis. Breakfast is not recommended and expensive, poor breakfast with 5 items only.

Everything was clean We got snacks, nescafe, decaf and 2 bottles of water on arrival Staff was friendly and everything went smooth Metro station is like 300m from the hotel, Arc the Triomphe is like 500m from the hotel. It's a small hotel but nice and I would recommend it for sure.

We booked classic double bedroom, but our opinion is that it's a little bit too small, there is no wardrobe inside, only 2 shelves...but that's not a problem because we were most of the time outside. One day we left at 10am and when we returned at 3pm our room was still not cleaned, even though we put the card outside that we need cleaning. That's a bit disappointing. Breakfast is quite expensive and not so versatile, and almost empty whenever you come, it takes time to refill, so you have to wait. Quality of food is good, even though sausages/bacon they just reuse on the next day which is a bit unprofessional If you want to use pool you have to pay 35e for your whole stay, I don't know if this is normal in France.

I like the room very clean. The area is closed to the metro and tourist destinations.

The Staff were amazing and particularly Michael at the front desk who gave us some very helpful recommendations and Eric at the bar. All staff were exceptionally friendly and always we were greeted with a smile. Breakfast was simple but more than enough to start the day. We had a two year old and a baby with us who were a little messy but the staff took that all in their stride.The rooms were fabulous and although not huge ,quite spacious compared to others in Paris. As we were on a long family trip we had quite a lot of luggage but could accommodate it all in our rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows and very nicely decorated rooms, air conditioned, coffee Machines and water provided, lovely bathrooms. There is a lift and luggage storage should it be needed and a lovely gentleman (whose name we didn't get Unfortunately) who helped us with our luggage Location was excellent, close to Arc de Triomphe, Champs Élysées, Metro, supermarkets and some very good restaurants. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and next time I am in Paris this is where I shall stay!

Room was tidy and clean. Staff were really friendly and polite. What I liked about the most, was the location. It was really close to subway and only minutes away from shopping centre y walk. As a family with my daughters, I felt very safe to walk in the area even at midnight.

We desired to have breakfast at the hotel, but unfortunately, it was too expensive to have it. The other issue was small space in the elevators. However, we were able to manage taking our luggages with help of the kind staff.

Amazing hotel with perfect location. I had a suite that sleeps 3 and the room was beautifull. Clean, modern and everyhting you need for a comfortable stay. All requestes were met with a smile at reception. Staff speak good english so no issue with communication.

Breakfast spread fell alittle thin. Not the most comprenhensive offering but did the job. Also the cost of the eat in breakfast was on the higher side.

The hotel is in a lovely location with the metro station barely a few minutes away. The rooms are small which is apparently standard in Paris but very clean and well maintained. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience staying at this hotel.

The lifts seemed to be wonky. They kept being under maintenance and we even had an incident in one of them where it got stuck on a floor. The hotel was quick to respond and have us out of there in no time so all's well that ends well.

The location is fantastic - very close to the Triumph Arc. We went with our pet - the room that we stayed was not that big but enought for our needs with him. The room is nice, the bed also. Breakfast is realy delicious (the value for money is pretty good, you can also order scramble eggs/omelet/etc) and the barista team is also good. I'll stay again for sure!

The only problem that we noticed is the shower - after it, the bathroom gets a little wet (the shower glass seems to leak water).

Renovated hotel, the rooms are nice, clean, but small though. The coffee machine and the hairdryer were really good. We haven't tried the breakfast, but it looked nice every morning. The location is good, metro and the Arc are 5 min by walk with many places around for coffee and dinner.

The rooms are quite small with no view to the street (you see an empty building with window grids). Every day they forgot to reload something (soap, shampoo, coffee pots, water, towels).

Location was amazing! so close to the station if you’re travelling with luggage! rooms were beautiful and air conditioned, comfortable beds and nice and quiet.

we were asked to pay 30 euro to use the pool facilities during our stay. we were not aware of this charge when booking and were disappointed by this.
