Tilsitt Etoile

Very good location, next to Arc of Triomphe and metro station. Breakfast was delicious - warm and cold, ham, cheese, quiche, eggs, sausages, sweet pastry, fresh juice..... Very kind receptionist, there was posibility to leave luggages before check in and after check out.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Staff was welcoming and made the best effort to accommodate us. They provided an earlier check-in time for us and gave us several recommendations on nearby cafes and restaurants. The staff working during breakfast was our favorite. Such sweet people and they made us feel special every day. Breakfast items were freshly made and delicious. Rooms are a bit small, but the beds and bathrooms were large and perfect for our family. I also appreciated a little welcome gift from L'occitane when we checked in. Great value and the location are my top things for this hotel.

The room was quiet and we had a nice breeze through the room from the center courtyard. The breakfast was the best of all hotel-breakfasts during our 4-week trip. The location felt safe and convenient. It was nice having a 24-hour front desk.

The air conditioning was not working well, but we were there during a cooler week of summer and just opened the windows. The room was rather dark, and it was odd having the toilet across the room from the separate bathtub and sink for washing hands.

The location.We picked this hotel because we could walk to it from Porte Maillot where the bus from Beauvais airport stops.Also its very near the Arc de Triomph .The street itself was quiet but near shops etc .Best of all the room had a little balcony where you could see the rooftops of Paris!! The lobby was nice too and free tea and coffee from the machine!

The breakfast wasn't wonderful.Fruit was scarce and no hot food.Plenty of breads and croissants and lovely juice though.And the coffee and tea were great!

The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Elysees so perfect for sightseeing. Room was clean and very comfortable, black out curtains, comfy beds and pillows, lovely L’Occitane toiletries available in the bathroom. Top floor bedroom had a small balcony which was nice.

I had requested a twin room when booking which I was told the hotel couldn’t confirm until our stay. When we arrived there were no twins available so we were given a double room. The hotel did say it might be possible to move after the 1st night but as we were on the top floor and with a balcony we were happy to stay the room we given. Worth noting if you wouldn’t be happy with a double room though.

It was very conveniently located with easy access to public transportation. The room was made up nicely to accommodate our family and even the crib was set up and ready with a toddler sleep sack in it. The breakfast was adorable down in the old wine cellar. And they helped us secure our bags while we went sight seeing all day and helped us get a taxi for our departure. Very kind, friendly and accommodating.

We had to lug the baby stroller up some narrow steps to the room. But that was a minor inconvenience.

Great location, very close to Arc du Triomphe, quiet street, restaurants and grocery stores close by. Very clean room, on a smaller side but that’s expected in small hotels in Paris. Very comfy bed, nice bedding. Missing only a coffee/tea maker in the room. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Stayed there for Paris marathon and couldn’t be more pleased with the convenience of the location and I also appreciated the room with the bath tub so I could soak in after the run.

Wine opener and coffee/tea maker in the room would have been great.

Everything was good.Nice,cosy hotel ,close to everything and yet intimate,being situated on a quiet street close to Arc de Triomphe. Good breakfast and great staff. We just remembered we already stayed in this hotel 17 years ago but of course since then it is much improved. We were happy with our choice.

Perfect location. Well equiped room. Gifts in the room. Very good amenities (water supply every day free of charge)

Everithing was perfect but last day it was dissapointing for us. When we came back in the hotel there aren’t water and small towel in the room. We told about that on the recepion and they told us they will bring these items in the room. Two hours later we came back again and still no water and towels. We call the reception once again and they told us to go downstairs to take water and towels. This was no good impression…

The location was excellent as was the staff. We liked the common areas and the breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the room clean.

The room was smaller than we expected. It would have benefitted from more lighting. Also, our room had a faint smell of cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room.
