Hôtel Horset Opéra, Best Western Premier Collection

The location is just perfect. It seemed to us that the hotel is closed to most of the places in our itinerary! Opera station is just 5-min walk. Restaurants, shopping street, La Fayett is just around the corner. The room is spacious for our two big luggages and one cabin size, and there're still available space to walk around. The staffs are really worth highest rated for service-minded. Not only the receptions were actively responding to everything we asked for, but the house keeper, the waiter ... everyone in the hotel ... everyone! We had to do RT-PCR test before departure flight, we asked them where we could do so. They took just a while before getting back to us with hand-written list of the lab center and pros/cons of each place for our selection! The most memorable event was my husband forgot the wedding ring in hotel lobby toilet and he just found out when we were boarding on the flight back home! The hotel were closed for a break for a few days after our check out. We couldn't do anything but left the msg in Booking.com inbox. Surprisingly, the staff responded so quickly and was so kind to go check for our ring at the hotel on their day off. They found the ring and energetically managed everything per our request to send the ring back to us in Thailand. Nothing to say but only thank you thousand times for their kind help. Definitely stay here for our next Paris visit.

location is great w/ lots of Asian foods close by. Just a few blocks from Opera Garnier and Gallery Lafayette. Room is clean , comfortable but a little dated . thanks for the daily water complementary. Staff is very nice and accommodating.

The staff were very helpful and let us check in early when we arrived after a long haul flight. Check out is 12pm which is very good. Room was comfortable and clean. The king is large by Paris standards, with fair sized bathroom. Aircon was nice and cool (during August). We didn’t have the breakfast as preferred to eat out. Nice area which was walkable to many of the major sights and particularly close to the Louvre. €10 taxi from the left bank. Very enjoyable stay, would recommend this hotel. Thank you

Only one lift was working but we were on the first floor so stairs weren’t a problem.

I liked everything. The hotel is beautiful right from the entrance. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. The room was clean and there was almost everything I need. Good that they have unlimited water as I am a heavy water drinker :), one just need to go downstairs for refill. The bed was comfortable, I slept well. Check in and check out experience was smooth. Location is amazing. Thanks for keeping my luggage as my flight was later that day.

- the safe didn't work in my room - it can be noisy both from the street and from the elevators. I don't mind but I am mentioning this as I know that it is important for some people - during the checkout they said I used the mini bar and named some specific items but I didn't even know that there was a mini bar in the room. Of course, I didn't have to pay for this but it was weird. - no good coffee in the room, it would be great to have for example a nespresso machine

Fabulous location, right near the Louvre and hospital, and at the end of a fantastic restaurant scene street. The staff were friendly and allowed us to store bags and use the bathroom even though our room wasn't ready yet. The wifi worked well, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was lovely. All the rooms had a lovely 'character' feel - very Parisian!

Great location near to the Paris Opera House, walking distance to The Louvre, plenty of restaurants, cafe bars and shops in the area and also not far from The Moulin Rouge. We went to the shop at the Moulin Rouge and it was spectacular! Staff were all very friendly and there was a lovely bar area and sitting room area.

Rooms were quite dated and we were at the back so no view unfortunately. Very tight space getting into the bath and in fact my Mum slipped trying to manoeuvre her way out of the bath. However, they did say we were put there as there was construction work being undertaken nearby.

Well placed off the busy road but close to everything. A lovely 15 minute walk down to the Lourve and gardens which are then only a 30 min walk from the Arc. We were on the first floor which was helpful with a buggy and 2 year old. Front desk staff spoke English which was helpful and all were kind and clear. Serving staff were kind to our son which was very welcoming and made our stay. We were also able to get children’s TV and snacks in the room to purchase were helpful. The breakfast food was exceptionally clean, fresh and well attended by staff. shower was full and hot. room was clean and bed comfy. we had a lovely stay.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

The location was excellent, a few minutes walk from the Metro in a central area but on a quiet street. We had the bonus of seeing the magnificent Opera House every time we went out. The room was cool with the air con which we needed as the weather was very hot. The staff were also friendly and helpful. However we didn't have breakfast at the hotel as it was much cheaper to buy food at a local store and eat that with the free tea and coffee available in the room.

The view from the window was the wall of the next building, which was very boring but didn't affect our stay.

i went to the bar for a coffee. there wasn’t anyone there, but it was during the hours of operation. There were two other people one the bar. I think one was an employee, but I can’t be sure. She said he would be right back. I left for about 15 minutes, came back, sat for about 10 minutes, and still no bartender. I gave up on the coffee. I asked for an airport taxi and he arrived as planned. we were a few minutes on the way to the airport and the driver didn’t speak English and didn’t know the correct terminal. I had informed the gentleman at the front desk the airline and the flight info. I’m not sure if it wasn’t passed on to the company, but it made for a nervous interaction.

It was amazing experience in Paris. I was traveling alone and booked this lovely hotel. I arrived early in the morning and decided to go to the hotel to leave my bag as the Check-in should have been at 2 pm. But the staff was so nice and checked my room which was already ready and gave me key. I was so happy. The location of the hotel is perfect you can walk to Louvre, Orsey, Moulin Rouge or any other place - everything is in the walking distance of you like to walk. The breakfast was nice and classic. For me it was more than enough. Room was clean, warm and tidy with cattle and tea/coffee. The cleaning was also perfect during my stay. The staff of the hotel was super friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed every moment of my stay. I definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
