The room and food was nice. The staff were also friendly

There was only one pressing iron available for guests. So when there are multiple requests for a pressing iron, it wouldn't be available because someone has taken it to their room. I suggest that the hotel has an ironing room where anyone who wants to iron can go into, and hence this service is made available to every guest who needs it. Secondly, it will be helpful if the reception makes tourist guests aware of tours that are available and that can be booked from the convenience of the hotel. Not all tourists have pre-packaged plans before arrival into Paris.

The location was the best point for the price. The hotel looks a bit dated but staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of shops really close, lovely boulangerie and supermarkets open early and closing late. "Rue des Boulets" underground really close.

Could hear next door clients in the morning but not really a problem as we were going out early as well. But for people who wants to have a late sleep, could be an issue.

The hotel staff were polite and friendly. The hotel is next to a metro which is perfect for travelling around Paris. The rooms were welcoming and comfortable for our 4 night stay. We would definitely stay here again without a doubt!!

The only thing I didn't like was that the metro didnt run to station rue de boulet late so we had to walk late at night back to hotel from another metro station.

Very friendly and accommodating staff from check-in to check-out. Very nice location in a busy street with plenty of restaurants and café's nearby. Right beside Rue des Boulets metro station and walking distance to Nation station (very handy for travelling to Disneyland and metro connections to Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Arc de Triomphe). Bathroom facilities excellent with very hot water in shower & tap.

Room size was quite small, even for 2 people.

Staff is super nice and accommodating. Will soon stay here for the 3rd time. Location is perfect in the 11th. Walking distance to the Boulevard de Charonne street market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, the many bars & restaurants at Place Leon Blum and Rue de Charonne, Père Lachaise and Rue st. Maur & Oberkampf.

Bathroom could use better design in terms of preventing shower water spilling over the floor.

First of all , it was value for money! The location was perfect, near the metro station and there were two supermarkets and a pharmacy store nearby. The room was clean and big enough for two persons! Big bed to rest well, hair dryer and hot water all the time. The stuff was very welcoming and friendly, and they did their best to cover all of our needs! The reception is open 24 hours, which for the guests is very convenient! I definitely recommend this hotel!

Hotel was clean, bed very comfortable, 24-hour front desk, very close to metro and bus stations, nice restaurants nearby. It was a price discount on the days we were there, so it was the best price/quality ratio in Paris.

Bad isolation between rooms, you can hear people talking in adjacent rooms, rooms very small and no hangers on the wall (for coats).

My husband and I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and the kindness of the staff who helped us with everything we needed! The bed is also very good and comfortable. I asked for extra pillows and I was promptly served!

The room is a little dark (it could have had more lighting), but that didn't interfere with the stay. I recommend this hotel for sure!

Very close to the metro station, felt safe in the area. There was plenty of choice at breakfast, hot and cold drinks, pastries, fruit, yogurt, cereals, scrambled eggs and sausages. Staff were polite and helpful. Room was a little small but overall, we thought it was great value for money.

The balcony with the room was really amazing. The bed was also really comfortabel.

That the bathroom always got so wet when we took a shower. But it wasn't that much of a big deal for us. We got new towels everyday which was really nice.
