Mercure Paris Bastille Saint Antoine

The location was fabulous, close to the metro and train/bus station. there were tons of restaurants in and a market very close by. the staff were incredible! the breakfast was lovely as well!

I wish the rooftop terrace had been set up. The rooms were a little small and having a place to socialize with our group would have been nice, it was one of the reason we chose this hotel.

Picked this hotel on a cost/location basis. We enjoyed our week long stay here and the location close to several metro stops made it the best choice for us to get to the sites we wanted to see using public transportation. The staff were all professional and helpful, answered all my questions that I had about the hotel and the local area. The hotel is geared toward the modern business traveler, WiFi worked GREAT, the twin room was the perfect size for us. Breakfast was fantastic, what a great spread, started our days off on a great note and even the gentlemen that cooked it were friendly when meeting them every morning. Thank you to all the staff that put up with my execrable French attempts. 9/10 I would stay at this hotel again.

I did NOT complain about this to the hotel, as I figured there wasn't much to be done but there was audible noise from the guests in the adjacent room but it didn't seem like they were being obnoxious, and noise from people hanging about Pass. Brûlon at night coming through the windows, I had to use a white noise machine to make sure that I got good sleep.

Brilliant location with some fantastic bistros nearby and a choice of bars with plenty of happy hours. Lovely staff.

Hotel needs a bit of a glow up, some parts looking a bit tired, but clean and absolutely fine for a short stay.

The location is very close to Place de la Bastille with all the different restaurants. Close to the metro and in 15 minutes just in the centre of Paris. In the weekend a big market just outside the door. In walking distance of the Bastille Opera. Isabel, the receptioniste, was very friendly and helpful I give her a 10 !!! The room was ok with very good bed and even a Nespresso coffee machine with coffee cups There was even a private parking place for the car.

Maybe there are things that could be better, we didn’t have breakfast, but price/quality can not be better.

All the staff greeted us politely, were informative and helpful with anything we asked. They all speak English which was helpful for us. Our bed was comfortable queensize. Breakfast was good, offering many options to choose from. The hotel location was really good for us, easy to get to any tourist areas, yet easy to dine in more local restaurants.

We would have preferred a king size bed, but the rooms are small. There is a lot of street and sidewalk repairs in front of the hotel and around the block, they should be finished in a few months though. The air conditioning works but is preset.

Good location, clean, frendly staff.

Parking small, if we would have taken our SUV it would not have fit in the parking. 32 euros per day is extremely expensive.

The staff were really nice, especially Isabel. She was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. We was able to get to different stations by foot. The room was perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed.

The staff were very helpful, the bed comfortable and the neighbourhood is great if you enjoy food. Also, the room was a reasonable size for a hotel in Paris.

The hotel could use some renovations, since some of it is dated.

Location is super and staff are friendly and helpful.

Toilet in a separate small compartment. Bath room was not made up one day.

Great staff, fantastic location very close 5 minute walk to Metro, wonderful market, excellent inexpensive restaurants.
