ibis Paris Bastille Faubourg St Antoine

It’s in a great area of Paris. Our room was at the back so we were not bothered by any noise. Everyone at the hotel was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was great and excellent value. It was also nice to be able to sit outside. The room was pretty standard but it suited us fine. The location is great, lots to see and do and spoilt for choice for bars and eating out.

If I was picky, it would be great to be given an extra towel to dry your hands.

I had an excellent stay at the ibis Paris Bastille Faubourg-Saint-Antoine! My wife and I enjoyed a delightful four-night visit at this charming hotel. The hotel's location on Rue Trousseau was incredibly convenient for exploring Paris and discovering local gems. From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and helpfulness made us feel right at home. Our room was comfortable, well-maintained, and provided a cozy haven after our daily adventures. The attention to detail in the amenities and modern decor did not go unnoticed. Although we didn't have breakfast at the hotel, our stay was still exceptional. The nearby cafes and eateries provided plenty of options for our morning meals. The peaceful atmosphere of the hotel contributed to our relaxation and enjoyment. In summary, our stay at ibis Paris Bastille Faubourg-Saint-Antoine was truly memorable. With its welcoming staff, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location, I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers. A five-star experience, no doubt!

We really have to thank the manager of this hotel because it made our stay simply perfect. Due to a technical problem we ended up staying at Ibis paris gare de lyon ledru rollin 41/43 (very closed to the Bastille) .The hotel location was great, personal very friendly and breakfast really good. Next time in Paris I will without any doubt stay in one of this IBIS. thank you again for your professionalism and kindness in handling immediately the technical issue that did not caused us any problem but just made us feel spoilt. room clean, beautiful garden

The location is great, in a lively neighbourhood with lots of shops, cafés, bars and restaurants, and very well connected with metro and bus to many attractions in the city. Nice hotel with decent breakfast and nice comfortable rooms located in a quiet street. Best thing is the staff, really welcoming and accommodating (my partner got sick and we had some extra requests, like extra blankets and others, and they were extremely helpful and diligent).

A few minor things could be improved, like having hangers near the room entrance for the jackets or having a toilet brush. But again, just very minor things that didn't impact a great stay.

This hotel was fantastic, especially considering the price we paid. The room was small but very comfortable and perfect for 2 people. The staff was super friendly, especially the receptionists who were always available with a smile. Bonus point for the free water available h24! The breakfast a bit pricey, but with plenty of options and decent quality. The hotel is located in a very quiet and safe area, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and shops. Very close to the metro, and a mere 30 minutes walk to the Seine. Would surely come back.

Lovely location, with lots of retail shops and bars around the nice neighbourhood. Near 3 different metro lines. 20 mins from Louvre

Ceilings a bit low in the rooms. Also I had booked wrong dates originally and wanted to cancel the prepaid rate. Realised my mistake within 1 minute and Booking contacted hotel straight away but they wouldn’t refund me. So in the end we decided to go anyway BUT Ibis needs to do better on honest human error mistakes - v frustrating

The location is nice, it is only a few metro stops from Louvre. In the area of the hotel, there are plenty of really good restaurants, bars, and cafes. One of the biggest advantages also is that on the other side of the street there is a shop which is open till midnight. Besides this, our room was super cozy with comfi beds, a clean bathroom, and a lot of light, because we were watching the backyard garden. The cleaning ladies came every day.

The cleaning ladies were a bit loud one of the mornings and I could hear them all over the floor. It seemed they were fighting for something and I could still hear them even if I asked them to be quiet.

The staff were so helpful when we arrived with directions and recommendations. We stayed here to run the Paris half marathon and the location was perfect. There were nice extra touches like unlimited use of the coffee machine and refillable bottle area.

It would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room for the morning.

Great location and very friendly reception. Also huge plus for "non-plastic" initiative inside the hotel. The mattress was very good and it was quiite in the property so the sleep was very good. Also you can always get a fresh water on the reception.

I was a little bit dissapointed because there were no trash cans outside the room (or maybe I didn't find it)

We always take earplugs just in case, the noise from within the hotel was a little loud, general creaking/water running/doors opening and shutting. But other than that it was really great, wouldn’t put us off going again
