Grand Hotel Francais

So we booked the hotel a few hours before we come in France, we glad we found available on booking. When I entered the room it smelled so nice it made you so comfortable. The sheets were so clean, the towels were smelling nice, the toilet was a 5 star cleaning! It didnt made me feel uncomfortable at all! I enjoyed very much my bath there was plenty of hot water and because it was SO cleaned it was the first time i didnt check. Everything was perfect, the stuff very friendly there was a very kind man and he referred us to go to eat to a place near and gave us the card of the place. Really it was the best experience I've had with hotels. You have to change the 3 star and put him 4-5 star 🌟 FOR SURE! Thank you very much for accepting us to stay at your hotel 🙏

Very friendly staff and a nice room. We only stayed a couple of nights as we were travelling on to other parts of France. Great location with easy access to the metro.

Upon arrival they upgraded our room -no charge. There was a bottle of wine and a sweet note welcoming us to the room. Most of the staff spoke English and were so nice. They did our laundry-no charge. Great Breakfast too. Delicious Croissants, eggs, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. We had 3 large windows and could enjoy the sounds of Paris and when you closed them you heard nothing and the beds are very comfy. The Manager helped us so many times and he was super nice as were the staff.

Nothing really. This is an old Paris building so we knew the room would probably be small but it was lovely and we never heard any sounds from other guests. Also, there is an elevator which was nice.

Although the room was small, it had everything we needed. The staff were all excellent and went out of their way to help and advise us. The location is great and there is a map provided showing local recommended restaurants. We tried the first one on the list and it was superb!

There is a lift, but for those preferring to use the stairs, they are a bit awkward to negotiate.

I arrived about an hour earlier than the check in time and the hotel team was kind enough to give me a complementary coffee as I waited. They were very engaging too and soon my room was ready. The hotel room itself was simple but cozy and I felt right at home as soon as I walked in- literally blacked out on the bed within minutes of getting in. The favorite part for me had to have been the shower. Coming from another hotel within Paris which was sponsored by my work, it was great to see the bathroom fitted out to even include slippers.

The lift is a bit slow and old but that I suppose comes with staying at a grand hotel; it has personality ;)

Room was large with plenty of cupboard space. There were coffee making facilities and the bathroom had a bath/shower which I specifically asked for. It is located within 100m of a metro which makes traveling easy. It has a lift and breakfast looked good, although we did not partake. A welcoming glass of wine at the bar was a nice touch and a limited amount f washing was done for free. I’ve never had that before anywhere. The staff all speak very good or fluent English and are exceptionally helpful and friendly.

There really wasn’t anything. This is the best 3 star hotel that I have ever stayed at. We were there for 9days and had no complaints at all.

Our 3rd visit to this hotel …. Excellent as always! Location great .. Staff friendly … breakfast great and rooms clean and comfortable!

Room this time was smaller than usual but still good

I really liked this hotel. It was really good value, in a nice safe (day and night), quiet location a couple of minutes from a Metro and about 5 minutes from another one with more lines. The room was small, but had everything we needed, including tea/coffee. We had daily cleaning which was done very well. The breakfast was great. There was a nice choice of food of good quality, especially for the price. It was put out in small amounts and topped up regularly, so really fresh. I brought my own gluten free bread, but the staff member said that he'd have happily got some if he'd known. My daughter loved the pancakes. We were on the 4th floor (there was a lift) and had a nice view - with the railings and the old buildings, it looked pleasingly Parisian. They have some snacks and wines in the evening, which we didn't stop for but I saw other guest tucking into whilst they were waiting for a taxi. Don't know if they were free or not, but they looked nice. There was good soundproofing, just one thing was that this meant that the door was quite heavy, so my young daughter needed help to open it. The staff are absolutely lovely and are obviously working hard to provide an excellent service on quite tight margins. I felt bad not having dealt directly with them and if it's any help to future guests, I gather that they do price match. We needed to do laundry and found a good laundrette nearby, then read the hotel details that said they'll actually let you just use their washing machine if it's available. We managed to leave behind two lots of chargers and cables, which, after I emailed, they packaged up and sent the very same day! (Yes I paid for postage, but hotels often don't even bother to respond to lost property enquiries, let alone send something back almost immediately.) One of the chargers was really expensive, so I am extremely grateful.

It was so comfortable, Food was fenominal. The check in desk was so friendly and helpful as well as the other staff. As a solo traveler that is so important to me. I recommend to use metro because taxi is expensive. Taxi is so much faster and affordable.

The room was a bit small

the property will located close to the metro, restaurants, nightclubs close by, the owner is amazing he cares about all the aspects of pleasing and satisfying customers stay even on a personal level. that’s unheard of in the hotel industry, umbrella was provided to the guest on the entrance of the facility, rooms were super clean. there is a bar in the lobby that provides drinks for people that do so , all in all super service and nice friendly staff. ready to help 24/7 . I’m very impressed by the entire experience and I’ll visit and stay in this facility any time I’m in Paris , I visited there both facilities and was impressed by the management and the staff alike, 👍
