Le Patio Bastille

A little off the tourist path but a wonderful hotel. Everyone was friendly and were fluent in English. They had me down as American as soon as I said Bonjour! That made me smile to know we were welcomed. We welked to a wonderful Street Market around the corner that was amazing and enjoyed our walk to all the sites. We could have taken the metro or taxi but walking was wonderful. Why I chose here was because I used the parking garage. It is very small but once the car was parked we did not start it up until it was time to leave. Will stay here again the next time in Paris!

The room size was pretty nice, considering how densely populated Paris is. The cleanliness & hygiene was well taken care of, as well. Rehman at the front desk was extremely friendly & helpful, was great having a chat with him. :)

Breakfast could be better, because during my visit it was a very average spread of ready-to-eat stuff with a little portion of egg & meat. Would be great if they can add more directions for reaching the rooms - because it was so confusing.

Great metro access to different locations in Paris. Friendly staff very affable and communication was lovely.

Housekeeping was slightly odd. You go out for the day and the housekeepers come in and clean/tidy your room. Room was well cleaned, beds made, however we had 2 bins in our room and sometimes only one bin would be emptied while the other bin had rubbish still in it. Changed our pillows for whatever reason. Dressing gown provided were used by myself and I would semi fold it or leave it over something and it would get moved into the pile of clothes and just left. Other things like that. It was odd

by far the best hotel within 3* thatI've been to in Paris. - very comforrable modern room, kitcherette, good size bathroom (and separate) - amazing staff - so kind and caring - private garden, cozy common area - small parking onsite, 24 hrs (so also after check ou). Difficult to get in (which js common), but big spots inside - area buzzing with life, so many nice restaurants, bakeries, etc. -close to metro

- be aware, there is no place to stop in front of the hotel, so look around - I got about 6 automated mails about online check-in and -out, taxi services, etc...a bit of an overkill.

The staff were very polite and professional. The hotel has a lovely quirky layout, lots of courtyards, so it appealed to the eclectic in me. The room was clean, airy, and spacious, with a good fridge, a microwave and a sink. The bathroom had a very powerful and hot shower, always a good sign, and most of all, the air conditioning was exceptional, a god send in Paris in August. We will stay again.

Possibly too may steps out of reception, it didn't affect us, but might be a problem for less able guests (or was there a lift we missed?)

this hotel is a good surprise. it’s a quite large building and therefore the backyard rooms are incredibly quiet for the location (I did not even hear the turmoil of the street demonstrations… essential point in Paris…). The bedroom is large and the bathroom is comfortable enough. there’s even a small kitchenette… The staff seems competent as far as I was concerned. The price is reasonable for the location and service. A nice surprise in Paris where good hotels are getting more and more scarce…

I liked that it was farther out from the crowded tourist areas, it had a well equipped kitchenette, it was clean, and had a cute little outside patio area. It was quite easy to get to via metro from CDG.

It would have been better if there was a facecloth. The stairs and building was a little confusing to navigate.

The room was comfortable and had a little inbuilt kitchen with supplies, and the staff were exceptionally helpful in making sure I and my daughter had a safe and pleasant visit to Paris.

Underneath the bed hadn't been cleaned recently.

Nice clean hotel, a little far out from city center, near NATION Station. Nice staff people, nice lobby and entry, clean room. Generally a pretty nice hotel.

Hotel was quite expensive, but then, this IS Paris! Room was small. View was of rooftops, air conditioning equipment and walls of other buildings.

Airy, elevator to 3rd floor, 24-hr reception, friendly and helpful staff

We had to repeatedly request new key cards because ours would get voided, but then the same thing kept happening. also, the toilet flushed properly, but the handle kept getting disconnected from the flushing device so we had to remove the lid and manually reach in to pull the lever. Pas bon!
