Grand Hôtel De Turin

We were there doing business and location was good for us, plenty of cafes local to you to choose from,and for the cleanliness couldnt find any fault.The staff were very helpful to us and we would recomend it to any traveller

The hotel has a great location mid montmatre, with great ambiance in the neighborhood and cute restaurants and bars. The hotel has every- thing you need (good bed, shower, airco), and has great and helpful staff. The only downside is that the walls are very thin so sounds from the street and when people come up the stairs are very clear. However, considering the price and the facilities this hotel has to offer, I would definitely book again!

Thin walls.

The hotel was really well located in Montmartre a few minutes away from Moulin Rogue and less than 10 minutes away from two different metro stations. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the room was really big and comfortable for the Paris standard. The bathroom looked really well too and overall everything was really good too.

Honestly nothing. Maybe the furniture of the room could be a little bit more updated and they could add a mini fridge to the room, but nothing too serious to be honest.

The hotel room was a good size for two adults and two kids to share. The facilities had everything we needed. It was in a really good location not far from the Metro and easy walking distance to Sacre Coeur. Breakfast was nice and service was very good. We were able to store our bags after check out on the final day which was very useful to get in some last sightseeing

Hotel room was a good size for sleeping. If we had needed to spend more time there, then with the four beds and luggage it may have become a little more awkward.

The staff were so helpful and their recommendations made our trip even better (top tip is get the bus to the Eiffel tower to enjoy the sights and save your feet). The rooms were comfortable and clean and the Juliette balcony was greatly appreciated (we were on the back side of the building overlooking a quiet courtyard). Overall great value for money.

It would have been nice to have a kettle in the standard double room. The WiFi was sometimes slow. The shower in our room was next to the door so had to be careful to not get the whole floor wet. The towels were small. It would have been nice to have streaming or casting options on the TV to watch Netflix.

Small hotel but excellent location. 5 mins walk to Pigalle Metro Station, 10 mins walk to Moulin Rouge and 15 mins walk to Sacre Coure.

No air conditioning. It was only 26/28 degrees whilst we were there but we had to have the fan on all the time in the room. The room and bathroom were quite small but you only sleep and get ready to go out so it was ok for the couple of days we stayed

good location, room was clean and had air con and loved the French shutters as we had a top floor room we could leave them open for fresh air. the staff very friendly and helped us book a taxi back to the airport as didn’t want to do the train back on the heat. there’s lots of nice cafes and shops in the area. can easily walk to some of the main attractions and areas from the hotel once you know where you are. The metro station just around the corner if needed. basic but good.

Everything!! The room was spacious and comfortable, bathroom modern and clean, bed super comfy. There was even an air con in the room, which was great for a warmer night. The location is incredible, in a slightly more local area of Paris, with so many cafes, bars, restaurants and bakeries.

The bed was two singles put together, but that’s all I can criticise.

Strategic position, in an area that we loved: Many metro options, good vibes, lot of places where to eat&drink, 5 minutes walk from the moulin rouge but placed in a street that was way more confortable. Definitely a good pick to move around Paris. The hotel staff was kind and helpful, didn't had a single problem during our stay.

Cleaning could be better, the room had a well cleaned bathroom but there where a lot of dust in the sleeping room. We didn't had breakfast there because it seemed poor in therms of quality and there where ton of better options at a 5 minute walk from the Hotel.

They pre-charged my reservation after the booking. When I arrived the hotel, they charged my card again and cancelled the previous pre-charge. I don't understand that. I only got the initial refund after 1 week in my bank. That was the only thing that was unusual for me, but everything ended up ok and I got the money back.
