Hotel Apolonia Paris Montmartre; Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

We loved the location. There is an amazing bakery right outside for breakfast/lunch as well as a self service laundry which is a plus. We are at the bakery every morning and everything was so good. The metro is only a short walk away. Rooms were clean and cozy. Bathroom was small as others mentioned but only staying 3 nights didn’t both us. The guy that works the night shift at the desk is the nicest gentleman. He gave me an umbrella for the rain and dinner suggestions for his favorite spots. He was a pleasure to talk to.

The listing states the hotel provides coffee however they lock the coffee machine downstairs so guests cannot use it. The Nespresso machine in our room not only was broken the first night but they also ran out of Nespresso pods for the last 2 days of our stay. When we mentioned the situation we got some eye rolls from the desk when we asked them for coffee from downstairs. I’m not sure why it’s such a big deal for customers to be provided coffee when the listing clearing states coffee station. Not the biggest deal but it’s in my opinion hotels should always provide coffee.

The hotel is in a very good location - 5 minutes walk from the subway station, 10 minutes walk from Sacre Coeur and 20 minutes from Moulin Rouge. Around the corner there is a lovely bakery and the opposite is a good Arabic restaurant. The hotel is really small but nice and cosy. The staff is friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

The room was very small with even a smaller bathroom . We were only sleeping there so it was enough for us. But it was the tiniest room as I have ever been

Nice location in a quiet and residential neighbourhood behind Montmartre. So you’re 10min walking distance from the crowds at Sacré Coeur, but can enjoy the true charme of Paris with authentic cafés, restaurants and boulangeries just outside the door. Also, it’s a 3min walk from the next Metro station. The Hotel itself is quiet nice, offering everything you need - not much more, but not less either. Staff was nice and we slept perfectly fine. We’d definitely come back!

Like in many places in Paris, the room was pretty small, with little more space than the bed itself and a small desk. Also, it needs some acrobacy to manage the bathroom, so be prepared to keep it cosy :-)

The staff were friendly and accommodating and spoke good English. The room was clean and comfortable with a good strong shower. The hotel is also in a great location, with two metro stations within 5 mins walking distance, and a 15 min walk from the basilica and the artist’s square in Montmarte. It’s a great place to experience the art, culture and architecture of Paris.

The bathroom was particularly small however was expected being in Paris. Housekeeping didn’t refill tea and coffee.

Nice location, on Montmartre, safe area, close to metro station. All receptionists were nice, committed and willing to help. The breakfast was overall fine, in particular I liked that there were pancakes, fried eggs, various unsugared juices, good coffee. Comfy beds, nice interior.

I asked for a quiet room, but opposite the hotel there is a bar, so it was loud at night during week-end. The room was too small to fit a normal table (not for teleworking), the bathroom as well - if you are over 1,80 tall, you might have to open the door so that your legs have space when you are sitting on the toilet. Also, the nighttable (a night-shelf) was far too small. I was not very satisfied with the cleaning - there was dust under the bed, the cleaning person threw my pyjamas every time on my luggage, instead of leaving it on the bed. The last day she forgot to give me a shower towel. At breakfast, there was only 1 type of cheese of average quality.

Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic location, just below Sacre Couer, on the nice side. Great cafes, shops and restaurants nearby. Nice clean room, comfy bed, quiet and peaceful considering the cafe activity on the street below. Nice shower & hair gel; organic with no nasty perfume! :) (do be sure to bring your own hair conditioner if you need it, and body moisturiser as there was none in the room.)

Only one complimentary bottle of 500ml water in the room- 2 euros for any additional 500ml bottles. Half a block away I found 1.5 litres for just .31 euros. Real mugs (instead of paper) would have been nice in the room, but maybe this was for covid safety. Had wished for some coffee in the room also (just a couple of tea bags.)

- Hotel personal was very friendly and super helpful - The hotel offered us a room upgrade without hesitation after we complained about the first room (it had a large spot of mold in the corner of the window) - New room was more spacious and much brighter in the day - breakfast with good value for money (10€ per person)

The staff were always helpful and available. The room was cleaned every day, and we got clean towles and bed covers. The area where the Hotel is located is great, in a very romantic and quiet street. Also it was close to Sacre Coeur and other touristic objectives. There are lots of supermakets around and also a delicious bakery.

Firstly, that we could not be accomodated earlier, but that was communicated from the beginning, and it was understandable. At least we could leave our luggage at the hotel until 14.00. Also, the room was pretty small, but it was ok for only 3 nights stay.

Everything you need in the rooms. On a side street with an interior courtyard, so it was pretty quiet. The staff was really nice. Good breakfast.

Rooms are very small, not really anywhere to keep bags, but if you're not spending lots of time in the room it's fine. Shower is a little aged and bathroom in general is also very small. A safe in the room would also have been nice.

We loved our stay...the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and they went above and beyond.The rooms were nicely decorated & the beds comfortable. The hotel is down the road from a metro station & we also found a lovely neighbourhood restaurant for dinner. Breakfast buffet was great too.. we definitely recommend this hotel.
