Prince Albert Montmartre

The rooms were excellent - new carpets, and all the fittings in perfect order. The hotel was quiet at night and the beds exceptionally comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mounir on the reception desk, who went out of his way to welcome us and make our stay enjoyable. The location is great - not overwhelmed with tourists, but a good mix of locals and plenty of different bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Good Metro links to the major sights, and a 10 minute walk. to Sacré Coeur. I would wholeheartedly recommend this lovely hotel.

The front desk staff - all of them, even the breakfast staff were exceptionally nice, friendly and helpful. The room was small but typical, comfy and clean. We had a lovely view with red potted flowers through the window. Also the breakfast was nice, not elaborate, but enough and yummy. There were lots of good restauarants nearby. The Renaissance Restaurant we went to which was one block away was recently filmed in a movie -"Inglorious Bastards", we took pics and the staff were very entertaining, and food and wine was great. Also 20 minute walk close to the Basalica, and Montmartre lovely area with nice shops and cozy terrace restaurants and music entertainment. Public transportation closeby, and an uber short ride to all the Paris highlights!

Our air conditioner was not working, but with the window open, it was a nice breeze and air. Otherwise, all was great!

The overall experience was very good, the staff were very pleasant,the room was very comfortable, there are bus stops out side the hotel, the breakfast was good. The hotel is very good value for money with many bars,bakeries and supermarkets in the area. It is about a 20 minute walk into the city. Coffee making facilities in the room and lots of clean towels in the bathroom,

I found a pair od socks in the room that were not mine or my daughters, I told reception and was told that they would be removed but they were still there when we got back to the hotel. If you stay at the front of the hotel it is very very noisey as it is on a main road, but the receptionist did offer us another room but we wanted single beds so did not take up the offer. Take earplugs just in case.

It was cheap and the location was close to the metro and quite a few restaurants. The staff was friendly and spoke English. The breakfast was not a part of the price, so I was able to go to a nearby boulangerie and get coffee and pain au chocolat instead. The bed was comfortable enough.

The room was very small, but then again, what are you doing in your hotel room if you're in Paris? The shower was just a shower head in the bathroom, it didn't drain too well.

The hotel is in a really nice location, close to the sights of Montmartre but on a less tourist-y feeling street. It was quite convenient to the Metro and had good cafes and bars nearby (and chocolate shops and a fromagerie next door!). The room was quite comfortable, quiet, and clean for a solo traveler, and I felt very safe there. It also has a rather charming facade and interior design that were quite appealing to me.

I'm not sure air conditioning was quite functional, but this was easily dealt with in a warm October by opening the windows. My room was very comfortable for one person, but might have been a rather tight squeeze for two.

Great location! Wanted to spend my stay in Montmatre. Hotel is an easy reach from Gare du Nord, as in the bus will drop you just in front of the hotel. Also, needed an easy access to the Stade de France, so perfect! Staff is lovely and very helpful. Had a great time. Room had windows on the street, but very silent. Thanks to of the air/con I have survived the July heatwave! Bed was comfortable. Loads of shops, bakeries and places to eat around.

Room was on the small side but good enough for myself always out and about Paris. Although it could do with a little revamp, mainly of the carpet. Overall a very good stay.

Great location. Wonderful colours/decor in the lobby and in the room. Elevator in this hotel is very convenient as well.

Rooms are incredibly small but to be expected as this is Paris, France so no surprise there. Our A/C unit did not work and had to wait two days until technician could come in. We were given a fan in the meantime which was helpful although in the end, the a/c was never fixed/couldn’t be fixed. The staff offered us a complimentary breakfast on our last day which was appreciative. The staff overall were very kind and helpful.

The location of this property is good. We were close to the Sacre Coeur which was great. There's a bus stop right outside and a subway station not too far away as well maybe a 5 mins walk. Staff were friendly. Room was clean but small. We had issues with the air-conditioning, our room got really warm. Tried to get a fix but it was not resolved. All in all, a good place to stay if you're just needing a place to crash after a full day of exploration.

The location of this hotel is really lovely, the local neighbourhood, not overpriced cafes and restaurants. Metro station is in a stone's throw. Windows in our room faced the inner yard, so it wasn't that noisy. But still you need to close windows at night because of the street noise. You can leave you luggage in the storage.

No air conditioning. It would be really hard to sleep with closed windows on hot days. The cleaning service wasn't so good. For 160euro/night I expected that they would make the bed as it was when we checked in. In reality, the staff didn't make the bed and it looked untidy every time when we returned in the evening.

Located in nice, friendly neighborhood. We met only stuff on reception, it's 24 and they are nice. Room is nice, clean, bed comfortable, no noise or light from the street (1st floor, window into the street). I recommend.

We were very satisfied, the only thing I could complain about, was that room was quite cold when we came. After you turn on heater, it takes some time to get warm, which is not perfect when you came from city and you are cold. We had to heat the room Everytime we came back. Also maybe shower could be a bit more clean. But that's just to make our experience 10/10
