The room is new and comfortable. L’opera and department stores are in walking distance.

A female staff was extremely rude while checking-in. The other staffs are pretty friendly.

The location of the hotel is great! Everyone in reception was extremely helpful, the room was perfect - I have no complaints.

The street outside can get a bit loud in the early hours of the morning - but that can’t be helped by the hotel of course

GREAT location! short walking distance from Palace Vendome, opera metro station, etc. Very clean room (cleaned everyday), and a welcoming staff.

rooms are quite small. bathing utils (shampoo and such) aren’t very good. wifi is a bit slow.

Great location. The room was exactly as described. We were happy to have booked a room with a balcony, which we have used everyday during our week-long stay. The breakfast, available if desired, was quite decent. Many attractions, museums and metro stations are within walking distance. The staff was always very nice and helpful.

Considering we were staying for a week, a bit more storage for our clothes would have been appreciated. This was not an issue. We just had to better plan our items and share the storage since we didn't want our clothes to remain in our luggage during our stay.

Perfect location for a weekend in Paris! The rooms were comfy and the the staff were so helpful. We arrived early and the reception staff let us leave our luggage and also provided a big & clean washroom were we can freshen up and change. They also lent us adaptors for our gadgets as I forgot to bring my travel adaptor.

The open shower in the bathroom was tricky as it was easy for the floor outside the shower to get very wet. Also, the area in one side of the hotel (nearer the Opera) did not look too clean with some homeless people staying there & trash all around- felt unsafe at night so we walked back using the other side (closer to Park Hyatt/Place Vendome).

Very clean, very warm room, excellent bathroom heater (towel warmer), soundproof, breakfast was good, bed was super comfy. Wonderful location 1' away from place Vendome and other landmarks

Breakfast room was quite cold, the bathroom had a sliding door leaving a big gap, hair dryer was too weak to dry your hair. Staff was helpful though they didn't offer to give us the traditional map or information at checkin.

Excellent staff and front desk customer service . Thank you Mathew and your entire team for making my entire stay comfortable and memorable . The cleaning staff is also to be congratulated for their great daily service and personal touch. Hotel location is great and close to the metro and many attractions. Till we meet again !

Nothing. There was constant after hours street noise from the near by bar and morning construction noise from a neighborhood building , but that is not the hotels fault .

I arrived at hotel in the evening after 4 tough days of business trip. It's last one night in Paris, I was welcomed by Monsieur. I feel I visit my uncle's...😊 Room is cozy, cute. Excellent location...nothing to complain. Next day when I checked out I have another big smile Madame in the desk...she is so lovely well assist. It was very pleasant séjour in Paris. I will definitely come back again when I visit Paris.

There is AC in the room on the 6 floor. Life saver in the mid-summer! The property is satisfying. I don't feel like lacking anything. Fridge, several clothing hangers, a closet, a desk, plugs, etc.

There is no soundproofing at all. I could hear the sounds from my neighbors, the shower, and the elevator. The noise from outside also annoys in the midnight. Not allowed to open the window (safety concerns)

We totally recommend this hotel in Paris. The cleanliness is really important for us and this hotel is definitely one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed! ! ! Although the hotel is a small boutique hotel, our room was beautiful and spacious and bigger than other hotel rooms in Paris. The hotel is located in a beautiful area of Paris close to Opera with easy access everywere in Paris and 10-15 minutes far away from Louvre by feet. The staff is very kind and helpful. We had a great stay at this hotel. Thank you everyone.
